We stayed for 2 nights in a main floor villa. The room was quite nice and very clean. The golf course was great and the pro shop staff very friendly. Tip - check golf now.com as there are cheaper tee times than when booking through the pro shop. Our only complaint - and it is a significant one - the... More

This hotel is a wonderful idea with "villas" around the golf course and the exterior design has lasting style and a west coast vibe. The interiors however are very 80's and, although clean and well maintained, they are very old fashioned. For example, the bath tub in the room is plastic, fake marble as is the shower stall. The furniture... More

Front desk snotty. Wanted 2 credit cards at check in. Two adults with two boys at hockey tournament. We stayed in upper floor of the 3rd building. Functional spread. Slow moving toilets. I hate this at hotels. We had a catered dinner on second night. They were slow and ran out of food for the team. We had a team... More

We stayed in their one-bedroom suit for two nights and enjoyed everything about it! Pros - Beautiful place, well kept, on the golf course, quiet, spacious..... - The resort is in its own complex but only cross the street from Costco and a very nice shopping strip with all amenities. - Friendly staff - Wonderful room, fantastic bed - Great... We stayed here recently on a trip to the Island. Initially we were heading to the Parksville area but decided to stay here and travel around the island as Courtney is a great base to visit Parksville, Qualicum beach, Mount Washington, etc. So happy we picked this resort. All the staff were excellent from the front desk to the pro... More

We rented a villa last night. It was sold as a villa with a full kitchen. The kitchen was sparse and there was no way a person could cook a meal with the utensils and dishes that were provided. Also it is a significant stretch to call these unit villas. We had a ground floor unit, there was no balcony... More

This is a beautiful complex. Be advised if you have children and stay here, there is nothing for children at this resort. It caters solely to golfers. It was a beautiful setting for my daughter's wedding even though we did end up having the ceremony inside. The dinner prior to the reception however was a disaster. My daughter did a... More

Nice hotel, great service and clean. The beds feel like they are 10 years old at least. Room had a fridge and coffee, heated tile and a nice balcony. WiFi was free and password free so easy to connect.

From my phone call to book a room, to our final day heading to the airport, the service was fabulous! Great front staff, restaurant and pub were always pleasant and the menu was very good. We were surprised when our taxi driver told us the trip to and from the airport is on the resort! A nice touch. This was... More

We were supposed to stay for 4 nights over Christmas, left after the first. Carpets had huge pet stains and stunk like cat urine. We are not overly fussy, just want clean room and good beds. Our son can sleep on anything and said the pullout bed kept him awake, was incredibly lumpy. Back to the other hotels in the... More
