For such a “high class” establishment the rooms were dated, the window screen was mangled and hanging out of the window like someone frequently tried to break into the room. The trains with busted out windows was an eyesore, and rather creepy to look at not knowing if people were living inside the empty cars. The pool could use updating as well. Overall it was a comfortable sleep.

Hotel's Favorite
Great hotel with nice amenities and excellent front desk service. The hotel was very welcoming to our family even though it was a very busy weekend with sports teams. We hit a deer on the way to the hotel and they did not have a problem arranging for our damaged car pickup a week later.

This hotel is well kept and the staff is friendly and attentive. Easy check in and allowed me to view 3 rooms before deciding. Food and beverage room service is available from 2 onsite restaurants and the service is friendly and the food is decent. A delivery charge on top of an auto gratuity leaves little room for choice.

This hotel and restaurant is great, we highly recommend. We stayed in an executive suite room, it had a nice sitting area, separate bedroom, and all you needed in a little kitchenette, (toaster, microwave, and small fridge.) The coffee pot is always on in the lobby so no need to make it in your room. The restaurant was a pleasant surprise. We stayed five nights and ended up eating all our meals here. The chef is excellent, the menu had a good variety and all the dishes were very well presented. Portion size was just right and delicious. But probably the biggest reason we kept coming back was the staff. They have been well trained, they are friendly and knowledgeable, hats off to the management team. We really enjoyed our stay.

Great place to stay. Clean. Friendly staff. Good food too. We stayed with son's hockey team and they were very accommodating. Felt like a safe area to stay in too. Will visit again I’m sure. Thanks to the staff!

Excellent customer service. Amenities were immaculate. I stayed on the third floor. Bring ear plugs as the train does pass by. This is not really loud, normally noticeable as with all cities. The pool and hot tub are well kept, clean bathrooms. The view is gorgeous!

Excellent place to stay. All staff super friendly and welcoming and rooms are very clean. Restaurant and pub attached to hotel have great food and atmosphere. Staff members at hotel go out of their way to make your stay best as possible.

I was a part of a group that stayed at the Prestige Rocky Mountain Resort on Wednesday September 14th. Upon arrival, check in for our group was seamless and everything was prepared for our arrival. There's lots of parking out front, and the hotel is right on the main highway so it's both easy to find and close to everything you need. Our rooms were modern and updated, with the same quality bedding that we see at all Prestige hotels. Thank you for the restful stay!

The staffing shortages are noticable in the cleanliness of the rooms. We have some mold in our tub and i found a few items on the floor. A deepcleaning will be required once staffing is addressed. Otherwise, a great place to be on a little holiday as it has 2 restaurants and a pool and hot tub. Nice!

Since located up on hill overlooking the lake and mountains, the view from our room was great and relaxing. The staffs are very accommodating and the rooms are very clean. My family had a wonderful time and felt the room very spacious and again great view right at our windows. I will definitely go back to this hotel.
