Great location but the place is for sale and unfortunately, very unkempt. Due to financial constraints the owner, by admission, allows many undesirable tenants to inhabit the park. No amenities (store is permanently shuttered) and the owner is absent most of the time. Moreover it is the most expensive park in the area. It may be okay for an overnight stay but there are far better chances for extended visits.

We were weary after a long day on the road. The shower house is the best we've ever seen. Very clean, private stalls, and spacious. Make sure you have good levelers. The park is sloped, but manageable.

Very nice new campground. Bathrooms are great. Best I've been in. The sites are still being developed. But pretty level. Will be nice once the landscaping is done. Only stayed one night. Not much to do but was a nice break from the long drive from fort Nelson.

This place is amazing. Very clean and friendly and accommodating staff. Their bathrooms are something to see. Everyone has their own spa like bathroom and so therefore you have your privacy. The bathroom has a vanity, toilet and walk in shower. The floors are heated. After a long day on the road it sure was a pleasure to take a nice hot shower in a clean relaxing environment. Their laundry facilities are like nothing I've experienced as well. It's all state of the art. If you are RVing this place is a must.

Stopped here for an overnighter. It is a bit from town but if you stop and stock up before continuing up the highway will be fine. Level sites, 6 clean bath shower rooms, laundry and pleasant host. It is still a work in progress like new playground equipment going in . Would be nice to see a little grass but for a over nighter is great.

Owners and managers are very rude. Charge way too much. Bathroom showers don't drain well and I saw in a previous visit after a group came and found out they were oilfield increased their price by $300. I won't be going there again.

Looks fairly new. Very pleasant person at the desk. The price is great includes showers. The showers are great , they have 6 rooms with , shower, toilet , sink, looks just like a motel bathroom, fairly new. Would definitely stay here again. Each Rv site has 3 types of power, water and sewer outlets.

Great please to stop. Really clean. Nice folks. Super value. Easy access. Worth every penny. The top quality showers are so nice, better than many motels, will leave feeling clean and refreshed. They really made us feel appreciated.

The most modern bathrooms I have ever saw at a campground. It's a must to stop and relax . Enjoyed the stay..anyone heading to Alaska or Yukon would appreciate the stay. Warm friendly service with the country charm and atmosphere. The birds are a must to here singing all day.

Staying at Coffee Creek RV long-term and it is perfect. Rates are much better than others around, and the amenities are top notch. The owners spared no expense making this a quality RV park. The laundry room is brand new and super clean and the six bathrooms are amazing. Water, power, sewer at every site and wifi with strong repeaters so no matter where you are in the park, you have good strong internet. No extra charges like I've read about with some of the other full-service parks in Fort St. John. A short drive back to town - definitely worth the peace and quiet out here. Wake up to the sound of birds...
