It all looks old but if you don't mind that it's a good price for the quality you get. Clean room and bathroom. A simple airco and 3mins driving from the village center. The Vending machine is still broken but I don't mind.

This hotel is straight out of the 70's and that was likely the last time the stairs and under beds were cleaned. Small rooms, poor tv reception and filthy under beds but good wifi reception and friendly host. There were next to no rooms left in town and no campsites either. Next time I would just keep driving.

If you're just looking for an affordable place to lay your head on a ski/biking/rafting weekend, Swiss Village offers comfortable and clean accommodation at a reasonable price. It's nothing fancy, but you're not paying for anything fancy either. It's conveniently located off the highway and on the back road into town, meaning you don't have to get back onto the... More

Not a good hotel. Dirty overpriced. Unfriendly staff. There are other places around that are better. Decrepid. I used another website to find this place. Big mistake. Free coffee and tea in lobby wasnt there. Staff dont care and can not converse in English. Vending machines dont work or are empty.

Booked the room on TripAdvisor and for the price it was decent. Everything in Golden is pricey so that why I booked here. The ice machines were out of order as was the pop machines. There's also no laundry facilities. We were in room 105 and whoever was in the room above is not a soft walker and liked to... More

We arrived here exhausted after a nine-hour drive. Most of Golden had unbelievably expensive motel accommodation and was full at 1900: we took the last room at Swiss Village Inn. The hotel itself is dated but clean. The room was decently sized with old tabling and a microwave/kettle. There was an ice machine out front and we sat in a... More

This motel is conveniently close to the Trans Canada Hwy, but it is not a place to linger. The beds were comfortable, the room was clean but smelled musty. There was a fridge, but no coffee maker nor microwave or any utensils like cups and the likes. It appears to be favored by contractors and their crews. The price seemed... More

Nice lady checked me in. Had a lot of luggage so I opted to pay extra for the ground floor room. It's a basic "sleep and travel" place - close to the barbeque place. Everything is a bit dated but it met my needs as a traveller. I slept well and was comfortable in the A.M. The wi fi worked.... More

We are staying at Swiss Village Inn for tonight, Sept 8th-9th. I am very well impreessed by this in , although it is somehow small, it is extremely clean!!! Our room 214 was pretty quiet even though the inn is very close to HW. It is indeed a good place to stay for less (still above 100$ :((( ) We... More

Room was clean. Has wifi but many other things are " out of order" like the hot tub and drink machine. Didn't try the ac. Things really need to be fixed and updated. I think I would spring for another $20 and get a newer place and probably breakfast included.
