A bit shabby around the edges, but for a low end price you can't beat the location. The room was clean and the staff was friendly and helpful. There's no parking, so you have to deal with metered street parking. The City of Nelson has a big problem with a lack of parking, so you can't really blame the local...

the room looked pretty drab but oh my what a comfortable bed! It was quiet , clean clean clean and the water pressure was perfect. It looked so plain but hey they sure got the most important things right. The coffee was delish, the muffins lemony poppyseed, the fruit fresh. What a find! PS the front desk staff were fast...

Stayed 3 nights. $84 CDN for a queen bed with bathroom. This hotel is in the heart of downtown, which is the BEST location. Room was well-sized for one person, with small console desk and chair as well as a flat-screen t.v. Bed was VERY comfortable! Air conditioning was a welcome addition during a hot week. Very clean room. Bathroom...

This hotel seems to buck the trend of raping people on the cost of rooms during peak season. At around $98 including taxes and a $10 (reasonable) surcharge for my dog, we got a comfy single queen and private bath. The room is small but very cozy and clean. Front desk staff was super friendly and seemed to genuinely appreciate...

Extremely comfortable beds and pillows, bathrooms are simple yet have all the amenities and have always been clean. Small flatscreen TV and wifi. Front...

Very central, clean, it was all we needed. Rooms are a bit on the small side and dark, no balcony or views. Coffee and muffins for breakfast provided, speedy check in and check out. Staff are helpful and chatty.

Nice hotel, basic but clean and friendly. They will even feed the meter for you if you park close to the hotel, which is a great help, because there is very limited parking in the town of Nelson, something that the local chamber of commerce ought to sort out of they want more people to spend time shopping / eating...

girlfriend and I drove up from Oregon to check out the lovely town of Nelson. With no plans on it. We got to the the info center and got a phone number to call and they had a room. Price was reasonable as the location (smack dab the middle of town) was perfect. AC blew cold and the bed was...
