Stayed here one night. The front desk clerk was efficient and helpful. Our room was clean. Bed was ok.The walls were thin, but our neighbours were quiet. Air conditioning a bit noisy. There was no table to sit at. The pool was closed and there was no breakfast due to the Covid pandemic. Good for over night stay. Excellent location.

1. No breakfast. We booked a room with free wi-fi and continental breakfast. when we checked in, we were told that because of Covid19, they cannot serve breakfast as the dining space is too small. They did not offer a discount or arrange a for breakfast items that can be taken to the room. We were told that we can get breakfast in a nearby restaurant 2. Our room was full of mosquitos. 3. Not very clean. I found a long woman's hair in my bed. Very unpleasant.

We are sorry that your stay that was not up to your standard. Unfortunately, we cannot lift our breakfast restrictions until it is safe as per government regulation. We apologize that there were mosquitoes and the cleanliness of your room was sub par. In the future, we always encourage guests to vocalize any complaints or concerns as we will address them immediately. In the event we were notified of your housekeeping issue, we would have moved you without question. Please give us the opportunity to rectify your negative experience. You can call or email us for arrangements. Thank you and stay safe. -Management-

My husband and I needed a place to stay in Princeton. We simply wanted a clean, safe, inexpensive place. Luxury not important. This hotel fit the bill. Our room was basic but clean; the check in woman was pleasant and helpful; the parking lot was well lit and had cameras to discourage theft from cars. We stayed on the second floor and had a quiet night. Bed was nothing to write home about but was fine. My rating is a 4 based on our realistic expectations of the hotel/price/town.

Hadn't planned on staying in Princeton but after filling up at the Chevron Station across the street at 6 p.m., decided it was time to shut it down for the day. Saw the Hotel across the street and had stayed in Valemount at the same hotel chain and had a favorable experience. What I really liked about this hotel was all the greenery! Beautiful trees, wild grasses, flowers, etc.! Obviously someone on staff is very into horticultural and very thankful for that! Gives it a warm, welcoming feeling! I also liked the courtyard with the facade in front which adds a lot of privacy and separation from the highway. The staff there was very friendly and welcoming as well and I had a nice, comfortable room! Sat outside and chatted with other bikers (Motorcycle Enthusiasts!) I heartily recommend this place and would definitely stay there again if the occasion arose!

the room was OK. Some of the lights weren't plugged in...somewhat annoying to unplug some things in order to have others working. Alarm clock wasn't plugged in either. Normally this hotel has a continental breakfast, but due to covid they weren't offering anything....not even a bottled water and there was no break on the room price.

Brenda, We are apologetic for your unsatisfied stay with us, please know we are doing our very best during these unprecedented times. We unfortunately have to keep our hot tub/pool/sauna closed until further notice as we want to keep our guests and staff safe as social distancing rules would be impossible to follow. This unfortunately also applies to our breakfast. Lastly, thank you for bringing those housekeeping issues to our attention, with our chambermaids spending extra time to fully clean and sanitize each room, sometimes things get missed. Please feel free to email princetoninnbc@gmail.com and we would be more than happy to offer you something for your next visit. We look forward to seeing you again and giving us the opportunity to make things right. Thank you and stay safe. Kind regards, Management
