Shrinking operation time by increasing rates is not working for your customers. If your competitors can operate year round, why can't you Canyon Hotsprings?!?! While comparing Canyon Hotsprings to it's competitors, Nakusp, Halcyon, and Radium. Canyon is run very poorly. I will return to Canyon when there is a new owner who takes pride working in the service industry and... More

Stayed here in July on our way to Okanagan, we stayed in the honeymoon lodge which was fab, lots of space and well equipped with everything we needed. It was very hot, 38 when we were there and no air con and would have been nice to have some plug in fans. The breakfast in the morning was great and... More

We were looking for a spot to stay one night between Lake Louise and Vernon and Canyon Hot Springs was perfect for us. We were worried about finding a spot large enough for our 33 foot RV but we had no trouble - the sites were roomy with lots of green space and trees. We did have to pay extra... More

We recently stayed at The Canyon Hot Springs Resort and rented 2 log cabins, one for my fiance and I, and another for my daughter, son-in-law and 2 small grandsons. They were very rustic and charming, with little decks on the front and log furniture! They do not have modern amenities, although they do have bathrooms, electricity and running water.... More

I was looking forward to the hot springs, which was nice and warm but reminded me of a 1980's swimming pool. I didn't agree that when paying to stay you then had to pay to go in the pools and also pay $3 to use the camps showers! A member of staff told us this and said use the pool... More

We used to come here all the time. This year we found the prices were jacked up so high we didn't swim more than once - $9.50 for a single swim?!?!?! Give me a break! Talk about gouging. Our grandchildren could not stay in the water long enough to justify the $19.95 for both to have a "single" swim

Planned a last minute trip to BC from AB. Should have read reviews on the place. $42 for trailer extra $3 for our 4 year old for serviced site. Zero privacy. Only plus is we were on the end so there was more room. Stalls were very small especially if u have slides. Hot spring cost was not included. U... More

Not bad facilities. But they really nickel and dime you for all the little things. Wasn't impressed to pay $10.50 to RENT two tiny towels for swimming in the hot springs which is also quite expensive at $15. Felt like I should have just kept the towels. Laundry was $2.75 for the washer, $4.00 for the dryer. Staff was not... More

This is a great place to hold a reunuion. We were a family of 80 plus and the different accommodations, the rv sites and the great outdoor spaces were perfect for a large gathering. The owners were very helpful and friendly, making sure we had extra tables etc. The breakfast that is included with the cabins was great..bacon, eggs, the... More
