Clean and tidy is about all I could say in favour of the room. Beds were comfy. Otherwise just a standard mid level hotel room. However, this has to be the noisiest hotel I have ever stayed in. People talking in the corridor at all hours. What sounded like drunken students in nearby rooms laughing and shrieking late at night. What I initially took to be troops marching about in the room above in the early morning, but eventually decided was just one man getting up very early for work. His footsteps drummed the ceiling, which creaked rather alarmingly, as he walked back and forth for the best part of an hour each morning. Reception staff greeted enquiries about noise with an embarrassed sort of " well what can I say?" shrug. The lady in charge of 'House Keeping' was lovely and very helpful (and the only reason I have rated the place as average instead of poor).

Right on Highway 99 outside of Squamish but in a large shopping area. Lots of restaurants and shops right nearby. Rooms are spacious and the desk clerk was kind enough to allow us an early check in which was most appreciated!

Stayed a couple of nights to attend a friend‘s wedding in the area. This place needs better management. My first impression was ‘This place is a dump!’ Which I was not expecting at the price point. Reception area is dark and unwelcoming. Carpets are worn and dirty looking. Elevator floor number buttons are so worn the numbers are gone. The notices in the elevator are either in broken plexiglass or on their own with curling edges. Our balcony would have been a plus had it not looked out on the ratty roof and air conditioning. Great staff. Everyone we met from reception to housekeeping was very nice, and helpful. Location is good, many shops and restaurants within walking distance. A few caring dollars would be well spent on this place. Won’t be back.

Nice stay, comfy beds, view of the mountains and a small balcony. Lots to do in the area and walking distance to stores. Hotel is getting old and a little worn in areas, but was fairly clean and quiet. Good alternative to staying in Vancouver if you are passing through.

Location was convenient for all our climbing, hiking, and biking activities we were doing in the area. The hot tub was really really nice to come back to at the end of a day of hiking or biking. The room was spacious and beds were comfortable. View of mountain is certainly there but in your foreground is the strip mall parking lot ... AC was working fine.
