We had our work crew stay here for three days in Aug. Nothing fancy, but the owners are very friendly and quick to rectify any problems. Not a fancy motel by any means but great value for the money for a business stay. I woul not hesitate to recommend this value motel if your not looking for any frills.

We stayed here on a quick trip and were pleased to find that the room we were given was newly re-decorated and very clean. The bathroom was re-tiled and has new flooring but was very small. The main room was large and the bed seemed to be quite new and very comfortable. We were not expecting a top of the... More

We arrived in Trail not realizing tha during BC days, most restaurants are closed. As it turned out there weren't many rooms available in the other hotels. We were able to book two rooms. They were clean and nicely furnished. The beds were super comfortable too. Because we weren't able to go out to eat, our host made sure that... More

clean, quaint, friendly. The owners care about their customers, and go above and beyond to keep them happy. I felt safe there. Rooms were very clean. TV Fresh towels daily, as well as daily vacuum. Pool was clean and gated. Beds were comfy. four pillows per bed! mini fridge, microwave, and some rooms had kitchens!

the cleaning staff did a crappie job crap on the door of the bathroom and there were ants crawling around on the walls. Also the door knob was falling off the front door. The lady there didn't think it was a big deal

Stayed here one night on a business trip when the big name hotel in town lost my reservation and sold out. It's an older place which I found to be clean and comfortable, not without minor issues, but at less than half the cost of the major chain hotel an excellent value. Nice and quiet, I had a good night's... More

The room had a bad smell, the box springs of both beds were horribly stained, the bed spreads had cigarette or some other type of burn holes in them. It would be okay for a bachelor with dogs who is trying to save money, but for a lady or for kids I would pay extra at the Glenwood or Best... More

Place looked awesome from the pictures seen ( nice outside ) looked like a clean place . Looks are deceiving, They sweet the concrete outside but hardly do a thing with the inside of the units.. Was in 4 of them and they are all had issues with cleanness. But 45 a night for long term stay it was okay... More

The professional picture shown is not what the motel really looks like so that is deceiving. Raylyn is actually all main floor access and is very old. The cleaning service is much to be desired such as if you have want your sheets changed you have to ask, they constantly forget to put coffee in the room so have to... More

Stayed here two nights while here on a work trip (Trail surprisingly has little for accommodation). The rooms were cute and cozy and the site was well kept up and clean. Hosts were very friendly and accommodating. Would highly recommend! There is also a really cool abandoned highway tunnel right next to the motel too which is neat.
