We had the most wonderful 2 days on the Hobby Farm. Our only regret is we didn't get to stay longer. The cabin was very clean and cozy and Claude and his wife were very accommodating. The loving animals were the best part of the farm! Can't wait to come back and enjoy more time on this creative property.

Love the cosy and rustic room, the animals on the farm add so much more flairs to the living experience. Claude's family is fun and very friendly and accommodating. Loves Claude's performance at the fireside!

Very rustic really liked the animals especially the turkey. Good place for kids that have not seen farm animals. Very friendly owners with lots of good stories as they take you on a tour of the property

We had an excellent stay here. We stayed here for three nights for sledding in the surrounding areas. We found the owners very nice. They never bothered us, but were always available if we needed anything.

The location is ideal for a day trip from jasper. The place is very quite in the dark and ideal for a sound sleep. The entrance is noticable on the street and you will not miss it passing by. The host and hostess very welcoming and loving to share their history. They are very nice and answer questions asked in... More

The room was clean. Hosts were very welcoming. Highly recommend. Our group regretted staying for only a night. Don't make the same mistake. This place has a lot to offer. Claude also recommended a restaurant which turned out to be one of the faves for the trip.

wonderful welcome of Claude and Alke Germain upon arrival. They made me visit their "cottage" accompanied by their two "Patous" (in fact croosbreed shepherd dogs from the french Pyrénnées known as guard and family company dogs) The moose cabin has all the comfort needed. They gave me all information what to do and what to visit during my stay overthere.

Great place to stay with magnificent view over the mountains. Owners are really friendly people and are willing to make it as comfortable as possible. Lots of animals around the lodge. On short driving distance to downtown Valemount.

Fun and friendly property with an amazing view of the Premier Range mountains. The hosts have plenty of entertaining stories, and I'm sure they'd be happy to introduce you to the animals! Accommodations are rustic and comfortable, simple and satisfying. Nice quiet location a short drive from Valemount.

There were 7 people on this visit, jammed into a tiny cabin and auxiliary room. There was a single bathroom and very little space to maneuver. The bed I was in was somewhat on the squishy side. There was supposedly a large menagerie but we only saw 2 dogs and 2 cats - all quite friendly. If you like rural... More
