This B&B was a pleasant surprise. Nestled in a gorgeous garden, with lots of outdoor seating, Chamber's Guest House is a hidden gem. North Sydney is quite a slow and quiet area, but located close to Ferries and Louisbourg Fort. We loved all the antiques, and history. Cheryl was an excellent host, welcoming, friendly and such a good cook. Everything was perfect.

What a wonderful place to stay. The accommadations were very clean and very comfortable. You felt at home, with the lovely sitting areas and the beautiful gardens to stroll through. Breakfast was delicious, with a variety of colorful items to choose from and served on lovely dish settings. The century home is decorated with antiques and has many items to be viewed and appreciated. Our hostess, Cheryl, was very friendly and very happy to help to make our stay wonderful.

Cheryl is a very attentive host with an eye for colour and decorating. Lovely garden and grounds are available for guests to have complimentary wine and appetizers on a fine day. Breakfasts are filling and delicious, with different choices each day. As my partner said, a step back in time, old fashioned Victorian parlour, with fine bone china and collectibles on display, floral print wallpaper, the whole package. Our room was spacious and comfortable, with our own balcony. Price ce for all of this s pampering- just a bit over $100, taxes in for the two of us

We really enjoyed staying here, Cheryl knows how to make her guests feel welcome and special. The location is convenient and lots of parking available. Our room had a queen bed with adjoining private bathroom, beautifully decorated. Our hostess recommended an excellent restaurant within walking distance called "black Spoon" where we probably had our best meal on our 2-week trip. The next morning Cheryl served us a breakfast fit for a King/Queen, using her antique dishes...products from her own garden, we felt totally spoiled. Her prices are very reasonable, no wonder she is often fully booked and you might want to make early reservations.

Clean, lots of glass, china, doiley etc. Super breakfasts with lots of homemade goodies.Nice addition is cocktail hour with cheese, dips, nuts with wine or mulled cider. Breakfast a bit early at 8 but fine. Warm sitting area. Enjoyed our time there.
