The Churchill Mansion Inn is a historic inn located across from Darlings Lake and is approximately 10 -15 minutes from the Yarmouth CAT. When we arrived, we were greeted by Braedon who cares for the inn. He was the nicest young man we have ever met! He gave us a tour of the inn, some history and made us feel... More

So, so disappointed in our stay at Churchill Mansion cottage. Owner Paul is congenial enough but the place is disorganized. If you plan on using pull out bed, no room left to move around& pull out is MOST uncomfortable, main bed upstairs only a little better, linens marginal. Not sure it was ever cleaned after winter, mice in walls at night & wifi... Wonderful inn, history and setting. We stayed in the New Yorker (room 1) and enjoyed the fantastic feather bed and nicely designed and decorated bathroom. The entire home has been crafted and reinnovated with a fine eye to detail of modern comforts while preserving the historic home. Highly recommended and we will stay again !!!

This is a luxurious B&B situated overlooking the Lake. Attention to detail is all, no expense has been spared on renovating the house and the bedrooms ... we stayed in the Savannah and it was magnificent with lovely large bed, quality bedding and towels and an impressive large walk in shower. The host Paul was a great guy and told... More

Historic home that the owner has put a huge amount of time, work and money into restoring and maintaining. Stayed in the Savannah room and it was excellent. High quality bedding, a fantastic ensuite bath, decorated with great taste and care. It's about 15 minutes out of Yarmouth, but if you like historic B&B's its definitely worth the drive.

We stayed here the night before sailing back to Portland. The Inn has a max occupancy of 10. The owner, Paul has lovingly restored what was formerly a summer homebuilt in the late 1800's. Our suite (#1) is contemporary and beautiful appointed. Braedon served a marvelous beakfast in a georgous setting; 15" high ceilings overlooking the lake. If you're anywhere... More

I dont feel there are adequate words to explain how we felt and were treated here. Simply, we felt like we were the owners and we were being treated just like in Downton Abbey! Paul, the REAL owner has done a sensational job of restoring this beautiful old mansion. He is a likeable and friendly person who made sure our... More

This house has a lot of history attached to it, and furthermore the owner's is more than happy to share some of it with you in his comfortable lounge. He has a fridge for guest use (and even put something in there for us!). He has done a huge amount of work tastefully upgrading the place, and our room was... More

Our stay at the Churchill Mansion Inn couldn't have been more ideal. The Inn has been updated with all the modern amenities but with a reverence to the history of the home. We were welcomed by Paul the owner and given a brief history of the home and it's origins. We were shown our room which was stunning just as... More
