We had a great time in a two bedroom chalet at this resort. The room was clean and the kitchen well equipped. although the resort was full with lots of vacationers, the unit had lots of privacy with the way it was situated to the other units. The room was quiet and there was no noise from other units. The...

Our whole family stayed in a 5 bedroom chalet for March break! 4 grandparents, 6 kids and 4 grandkids. We found it very clean and comfortable and there was a great view of Blue Mountain. Chalets are within walking distance of Blue Mountain Village. I loved the kitchen which was well equipped and the long table beside the windows easily...

We had a great time for a summer wedding, the Spa was awesome and the food great, dancing was so much fun and the room was decorated in red and white. The wedding was performed just beside where the banquet room was.

3 Bedroom Townhouse at Blue Mountain was steps away from the the ski hills. Had a group of 10 people and lots of room to move around. Full Kitchen was excellent for making meals after a long day of Skiing. Check-In was easy and everything was explained well by the staff of where to park etc. Skiing was great as...

I personally took a call from this guest who raised issues about heat in the lower level bedrooms. He stated there was no heat and no air ducts. I immediately sent maintenance over with heaters in the event the furnace was not working. It turned out there are heating ducts throughout the property and it was just the guests felt...

For the price, the Blue Mountain Chalets were an absolute let down. It seemed like half of what was in the condo was broken, or run down. The threadbare pull out couch did not pull out (and pulled everyone into the middle when being used as a couch). The carpeting was dirty, and the outdoor areas were not clean. These...

We have been coming to this resort for 15 years and in the last two recent stays (2 yrs.) this resort has gone downhill (no pun intended). We recently stayed two nights in a studio suite which had 1 inch deep dirt and rotted leaves on balcony, filthy table and chairs and a rusted front door - there is no...

There were 7 of us girls at this 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom condo. It was spacious, clean, comfortable and very well laid out. Plenty of room for everyone in the common rooms and the sleeping arrangements worked out well for the 7 of us as well - 2 to each bedroom and 1 on the pullout couch. 2 of the...

Our hotel, the Mosaic was excellent. The service could not have been better. Front desk, housekeeping, etc. All of our needs were met very quickly. Shuttle to the spa, the village, the restaurants, the outdoor activities were extremely satisfying. Very friendly atmosphere.

What a place. Stayed there over christmas and do not have a bad word to say about it. Gorgeous houses (we stayed at rivergrass) which were a 6 to 7 minute walk from the village and slopes. Beautiful - friendly staff who were very keen to help in any way they could. Well decorated and stylish houses, not the most...

“No guarantee on quality of unit. Management makes no effort to ensure state of room whether they are privately owened or not. Management does not disclose whether large groups (e.g. hockey tournaments) are staying there so noise level can absolutely ruin your stay - and forget about trying to get near the pool!!!!”
