We had Tia for our server today for lunch for a party of 7 (4 adults, 3 kids). She was amazing, helpful and knew exactly what we needed before we asked for it. The service was quick and the food and drink we excellent!

Visited this resort for a 3 day company meeting. The lobby, guest rooms and conference rooms were all very nice. The guest room was large and had a balcony perfect for morning coffee. The resort staff were wonderful. Everyone was nice and extremely helpful. We had a couple of last minute requests and the staff was able to assist us without any problems. Due to the visit being a business trip and the rainy weather, I was not able to enjoy any of the resorts many activities, but the grounds were beautiful. Looks like a nice place to bring the family for a few days.

For what they charge the resort is a bit dated. Bring your own towels. The ones at the resort for the pool/room are terrible. Staff are very friendly and accommodating. Some areas of the resort are clearly updated and kept up with, while others have not been.

When we arrived and directed to the Bayshore building, we were immediately horrified at how shabby this building was, The lift was grotty, the passageway, walls, windows and carpet were filthy and on entering our room, my wife burst into tears, it was awful. The room was dark as there was a large tree immediately in from of the window obscuring all views of the lake. There were stains all over the filthy carpet, stains on the armchairs, stains on the walls and chunks missing, cobwebs in the corners, the ceiling had cracks and in one place was coming away from the wall, was in desperate need of a coat of paint and no balcony. The 'Juliet' balcony was rusty and dirty. We complained at reception, they were extremely sympathetic and after a couple of hours, relocated us for one night to a two bed condo and for the remaining 5 nights in the main building to room 212, next to the 'Angela Merkal" suite. A much better room and what we would have expected for the price! However, this was not without a few issues.....the bottom sheet of the bed had not been changed and was full of grit! The headboard and other surfaces were full of dust and the next day, House Keeping had neglected to make the bed, issue fresh towels or clean the room. There obviously is a huge problem at your resort when it comes to cleaning.....for example: When we used the lift for the first time, I noticed a discarded wrapper poked into a crevice in the lift, it was still there when we checked out! Get it cleaned.

Horrible service from staff, it doesn't seem like they are properly trained. They have no empathy for families with special needs. We requested a main floor and a building closest to the main one and got total opposite, we got 3rd floor in the furthest building.
