Nice clean little place, close to everything you need , Had to stay in winter because of snow storm had roads closed Very friendly staff as you can see room was great for the value did over change when all was full , I would revisit with no problems

Most disgusting rooms I have ever been in

Do not stay here. The black mold is extremely bad and potiently hazardous to health. Stayed here with a group of over 20 people and all room were growing the fungus or worse. The onwer is not friendly either

What are rates around summerfolk? While mentioning that rates were reasonable is nice, are people coming to attend looked at greedily? As an aside - I think that it reflects on a venue when people taking part in something are treated as mere moneybags on legs by the community hosting it.

Look less at the rates and more at the negative reviews. Most negative reviews are provided my TripAdvisor alum with many different reviews. You will find almost all of the 5 star reviews are given by what appear to be people who have only ever reviewed this location. They have posted one review and it was for here and it is glowing and rates 5 start whereas almost no other guest with more than 5 reviews under their belt has given it more than a 3.
