Started going downhill upon arrival, had reserved a king sized bed on ground floor 2 weeks earlier, upon arrival only room left is a 2 queen room on 2nd floor, offered to call another hotel after asking what discount I get for them giving my reservation away to someone else, unfortunately no rooms down the road. I was totally iffy on this hotel based on the reviews but once I got there I was shocked, it was so much better then the reviews, recently found out it's under new ownership and they are doing a wonderful job with they way they are turning around the hotel, I'd for sure be back!

Beware! Take everything bad you read about this hotel, multiply it by 10, that's what you will get, worst place I have ever been. From dirty rooms, towels missing, hair on the sheets, no top sheets, the "lost" reservation, but room available at a higher price, the card machine that didn't work, to the very unfriendly staff whenever you could... We checked in late evening without having the opportunity to research this facility and too late to move to another hotel. The key card system is not working so we didn’t get keys.
