I would highly recommend staying a the Bead and Bison! Our room was beautiful and much better than anything offered by any of the larger hotels in Canmore! The breakfast was brilliant! The B&B is only a 5 minute drive in to the centre of town too!

My wife and I visited the Canadian Rockies for the first time and stayed here our last night before flying out of Calgary. Simple drive that is 1 hour from airport. Easy check-in and our room (#7) was very well appointed and comfortable with great view of the 3 Sisters Mountains. Our four-course breakfast the following morning was terrific and...

Super room, super service, super FOOD, excellent host. One of the best experiences in 3 weeks in Canada. It is situated outside of Cranmore town, but easy access for restaurants etc. Great countryside and mountains within an easy drive. A trip or two to Kananaskis Village, Spray Valley Provincial Park and the Bow Valley Wildland Provincial Park is highly recommended....

I was invited to stay at the inn for my cousin's wedding, we were there for 2 nights, and I've never been as comfortable in any other hotel. The room was very inviting, with plenty of room to spare. Everything was immaculate, and every effort was made to make sure all the guests needs were met. I thoroughly enjoyed the...

We wanted a small wedding with just immediate family, and our research led us to A Bear and Bison Inn. We had just immediate family (total of 12 people), and the inn was more than spacious enough for everybody. The entire time we were there, we felt that Lonny and Fiona's top priority was our enjoyment and happiness, we never...

Thanks for choosing to have your wedding with us! We know there are many choices in the Banff and Canmore wedding market. We take extreme pride in that we may not be the biggest but we do try to be the best small wedding venue in the valley, (65 persons and under). Thanks for taking the time to send us...

This place looks charming outside and inviting upon entering - log purpose-built b & b, nicely decorated. Unfortunately the lack of attention to detail made for a less-than-expected visit. The bedroom was very crowded with the tub/shower in the corner of the bedroom, no reading light or room to put one beside the small couch in the room and no...

Each room in this inn is your own little 'getaway' with a delightful old cottage feel. It is truly perfect for a romantic getaway with a wonderfully comfortable bed, fireplace and jacuzzi tub.
