Stayed here for one night to attend wedding. Had contacted hotel in hopes of getting early check in, one hour early . Not guaranteed but they said they’d note it and should work. Upon arrival, waited for two other groups to check in at 245, they got room keys and good to go. I was told room not ready and wouldn’t be till 4. Requested access to pool to wait there and have a swim as we needed room at 4 to change for wedding.. I was told no access to pool or services is allowed till check in! Never encountered that before.. ridiculous! We got into pool regardless and used it till check in and got room.. Room okay but nothing special. Rail line right behind hotel, noisy with lots of trains.. as are hallways… Got back to hotel in late evening, parking is full as I expected. I had asked check in staff about that issue. Said never a problem, well it is.. had to go down street to restaurant to park and then get vehicle in early AM to avoid issues.. Pool was small and inadequate with lots of kids and busy water slide.. would never stay here again…

If they could get on same page of what to charge for the rooms. I felt FOH was trying to pull the wool over a returning customers eyes. The cleaning of the rooms are sub par the mould in the toilets. And having a room to sleep 6 and literally 2 power outlets worked.

I called the front desk to book the room and we agreed on a price. But when I arrived they had to upgrade me as the room was not ready. I had a very nice stay clean and tidy. If I had to be really fussy and this is only because I do renovations they used mdf trim in the bathroom and it’s swollen in some places from moisture.

Our door required an extra shove to close. The curtains looked like someone puked on them. The bathroom sink didn’t drain. The bed was broken. Drunk and disorderly guests at 4am in the hallways. Desk staff couldn’t have cared less about any of it.

This was a great last minute reservation for us. We stayed one night after a day on the slopes. The kids had a great time on the water slide and in the hot tub. We would have loved to see the price of breakfast be included in the cost of the room, especially at almost $200 for the night.

When looking online at the hotel, the pictures were not really indicative of the current situation. It does appear that they are renovating some rooms but I believe the website should literally state that. Additionally, we secured a room on booking.com which indicated there was breakfast included but that is not at all the case.

Cleanish rooms. Very loud. They allow pets and we could hear someone's dog bark until 1am . Very dated rooms . And what looked to be dark areas in the bathroom corners shower. So no deep cleaning being done. For the price you pay for this place I'd just go somewhere else. Even the breakfast is crazy priced when other hotels offer it for free. Staff are friendly but don't really care alot about anything it seems like. I will not be staying here again

One mattress in our room was very firm and the other one was very soft and somewhat out of shape. My grandson chose the bed with the firm mattress one I got the one with the soft mattress. We both had a horrible sleep. I spent a good two hours trying to sleep in a chair with a sore back. I have a very firm mattress at home. Unfortunately we didn’t realize the difference in mattresses until morning when discussing our horrible sleep. If we had switched beds our night might have been much better.

Fast and friendly check in procedures. Front desk staff very helpful and informative. The room was nice, but somewhat dark. Roadside room was very quiet, only heard the train faintly a few times (the kids running back and forth to the pool area were louder). Room appeared to be very clean, including the bathroom. The only issue that I could see was that the bathroom ceiling could use a good cleaning or coat of paint.

Staff was very friendly and service was great. Unfortunately the walls and doors are very thin-- you will hear almost everything, even during quiet hour. Including children running from the upper floor. If the noisy neighbours won't keep you up at night, the train will :)
