Enough said by the title. Don't stay there. Sleep in your car instead. Dirty. Dingy. Noisy. Poor service. No amenities. Is there any other reason not to stay here? Good access to the highway when you want to leave though.

A female friend stayed here 1 night. Danger is all around. She came from another province and booked online based on the low price since she was on a tight budget but absolutely felt duped. It is not recommended to stay here under any circumstances.

To be quite honest, I didn’t really feel comfortable staying at the hotel. The room was just okay to me (Actually I didn’t find the room clean). The air conditioner seemed to be pretty old and the wind smelled moldy. The Wi-Fi network was not good though the staff told us it was available. It was not a great experience, but at least we could sleep. I understand it’s budget friendly, but I don’t think it doesn’t make any effort to keep even minimum quality of service/rooms. The only thing I was happy about the hotel was that I found McDonald’s and A&W near the hotel.

Room is small, hard beds and old linens. Bathroom sucks and bath tub was dirty. Old TV and swimming pool is under renovation. No enough lightning in the room. Near convenient store and there's a lot of parking space in the vicinity.

Advertised as a wholesome place so we returned, only to find thugs, dealers and hookers. This is a dangerous place. Police should shut it down before the place burns down. Terrible management who have NO idea of customer service. Pay a little more next door at the Days Inn but you’ll be glad you did.

I think this place offers great value for money. It was snowing hard the day we checked in. Check in was fast and efficient and we were given a great rate. The room was clean and everything worked, which is not always the case in older properties. We were given a business room which had wifi reception that worked. Though we were told the wifi is not as strong at the back of the property. Lots of great dining options close by and we were able to walk to everything we needed. It’s not a 24 hour hotel, meaning you have to arrive by 10:30 pm and check out is standard 11:00 am. Everyone was polite and attended to our needs in a most professional manner. Lots of free parking and if you had a horse trailer this is the best place to be that is close to Thunderbird Equestrian facility. You can get a nice room for about $100 bucks, but make sure to call the hotel and reserve as they seem to be quite full. I guess we got lucky the day we arrived. Will most likely stay here again when we are back in the area.

Worst experience with staff at a MOTEL. Asked and was given a 12 pm check, out and at 11:15 theynstart banging on the door saying we never asked for a late check, out. We vacated in 30mins and went to,the pub. Hotel claims we barricaded ourselves in the room and threatened to call the police. They flat out lied and cussed us out. Worst customer service. DO MOT STAY AT THIS DIVE..

My kids were pretty excited to make waffles in the morning. Much to my disappointment it wasn't a waffle grille like any other location... it was eggo style waffles that you toast. The other heated meal options were white bread / toast and oatmeal in microwave/kettle packets. The room had a horrid smell of chemical and the TV was small and 10+ years old (picture quality of a 1st gen LCD). The staff were very friendly, but will never stay at this location again.

This place has the worst customer service in North America. The place is old, run-down, disgusting especially the manager is very rude. They have free Wifi but couldn't use only limited zone. If you complain something, you can hear "I don't like you too. You can leave now any refund. Good bye!" from the manager. She never say sorry for complain.
