It was a very busy weekend in town with several festivals - Hotel booked solid. Staff very nice and very helpful. Saturday Night staff + Function Room Manager especially - You saved the day for IMAI.Thank you Needed more tables for event and after discussion - it was done with ease. Thank you ALSO to Ricky Leung Altogether - the meeting space was PERFECT for the class. Highly recommend.

First, if you love to relax in bath tub, you should not stay in this hotel, according to front desk, all rooms are standing shower. Second, I was in this hotel two days, none of front people had greeting all day. Third, you won't get new towel set, cleaning, pick up garbage on second day. This hotel located near #404 and #7 high ways and very convenient. This hotel's selling point is only the location. Never mind bad attitude front men and women, I can ignore those people but I hate to see this kind of poor management.

Safe Secure sanitized Pristine Facilities. Very Friendly Front Desk staff...Ivy was as amazing as ever wearing full protective face mask and gloves. So happy pool and fitness center were open. Took a open shared shower each time before swimming. So quickly squeezed bikini dry after shower and put it back on. Pizza Nova Delivery is placed in hallway so no touch service. 305 is a 2 room suite with Whirlpool separate to vanity area. Beautyrest Signature Matress gave the best ride of my life and provided a deep quiet sleep. Will be back late October and Early November for additional electrifying recharging. Suzy is very grateful to Edward Village Hotel, my Vacation Home just down the road.

This hotel was booked for a sporting event because it was advertised online as having a hot tub. Once we got there, and went in, it was quite cool, and not great. When I asked the front desk, the indicated it was a whirlpool, not a hot tub (to be fair their website says this, but booking sites do not). Therefore our whole stay was not great because we really wanted the hot tube. Aside from that if you're tall, the showers are not made for you. I am 5'4 and JUST fit, you can't tilt them up at all. Also, bring your own shampoo and conditioner, what you're provided is not great. The ice machine, at least closest one to our floor barely worked, and you did have to stand there for 10+ minutes to get a bit out of it. The hotel could certainly use with a refresh but there is nothing really wrong with it. The pillows and beds are comfortable so no complaints there.…

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience with the Edward Hotel Markham. We are sorry to hear that you were dissatisfied with our Hot Tub / Spa. We are obligated to ensure that we are compliant with the regulations outlined for public pools and spas (hot tubs) Our facilities are checked 6 times throughout the day for the chemicals as well as time the temperature in order to be compliant with the regulations. We have also had our routine inspections by York Region to ensure that we are compliant with all of the regulations for public facilities. These temperature settings may be less than a residential unit which might be why your experience was not as satisfactory. I have taken the time to provide the specific regulation so you understand the requirements. Again we are sorry your expectations were not met in the area of our pool facilities. Room was lovely. Very clean. Requested room near elevator due to disability and room was right next to elevators. On check out, I was struggling with suitcase and front desk clerk carried it right to my car. Wonderful service.

Stayed here for 1 night Dec 2019. Clean hotel, friendly enough hotel staff. Hotel lobby is nice but rooms and hallways are very dated. Hotel requires big reno to be current. Right for the price. I would stay here again though. I also come here sometimes during day for company functions. Decent boardroom facilities.

Disappointed with how the banquet manager Julian handled our event. He wasn’t friendly and was rather hostile which is a rather surprising experience considering he is in the hospitality industry. The front desk, banquet staffs were great. We do not recommend this hotel for any events.

There are some groups that book just space and believe that it is ok to bring in their own food and beverage, this is not the case I'm afraid as it takes away the ability to schedule our staff that prepare the food for the hotel and the staff that serve the food and beverage. Just finished the North Americ tour for our program, we gave 5 stars for all the hotels except this one. The rooms are clean and neat, but if you are planning to have an event here, avoid dealing with Julian... he is like a police, spying on you 24/7 and look for possible ways to charges you, complain and hassle your event. You know what I mean if you hold events all year round. We are looking for a new hotel in GTA. Anyone has some good suggestions?

Stayed here for a business trip. The rooms were very dated. Stayed on the 12th floor so don’t know if they are updating other parts of the hotel but this room was dated. Ordered the room service which is very pricey and not much selection. Don’t think that we would stay again.

Clean. plenty of parking. Comfortable environment. Microwave and fridge available. Just a tiny bit meager on the coffee, though. Decafe and regular, one of each, so my wife and I had to fight for the regular in the morning. Also, you may need to bear with some very loud Chinese tourists groups showing up in the lobby. Other than that, it's comparable to other 3 star hotel in the area. Definitely don't mind to come again.
