My room was adjacent to the parking lot, which allowed me access to outdoors as well as entrance/exit via lobby. Beds were comfortable and clean, washroom spotless. I stayed for 3 nights, and would have liked the in room coffee to be replenished. Other than that, it was a

Outdated property in desperate need of interior renovations, as well as exterior improvements. My perception of the Ramada and Wyndham brands has definitely changed, and I would no longer assume their properties are a safe choice.

Chose the Ramada because it is close to family and pet friendly. However, the pet meant that we were forced to take a room with two queen beds, rather than a king bed (no flexibility there, and I wasn't informed about this until the last minute). Smallest queen-size beds I've

Dear Ingrid Tilstra, We thank you for your feedback regarding your stay with us. We are a pet friendly hotel but we only have select rooms that our pet friendly. This is due to fact many people have allergies and do not want to use a room that a pet has stayed in. All pet friendly hotels are like this. Only designated rooms are pet friendly. We hope this clears any confusion that you may have had. Regards

We stayed in this hotel last weekend because we needed a room big enough for 6 in coquitlam. It was the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. It was so dirty and the toilet leaked and there was supposed to be a pool and hot tub . We were not told the hot tub was broken. There

Pretty sure there's no height limitation for outside parking. It's better to phone the hotel.

does the hotel do airport transferes
No. They are outside the main area for shuttle transfers. I took a taxi which cost between $50 - $60CAN. Chauffeur driven Private car hire is a little bit more. You can take the train, but have to change midway through the journey then walk or take taxi from the station closest to the hotel. I hope this helps. Safe travels Atlantia
