Uniqie location ofering views of downtown and easy access by water taxi to downtown.Restaurant, cafes and lively waterfront are just outside the hotel door.Wonderfull for kids, with 2 water parks right there, and easy access to nature parks and sight seeing spots accross North Van.Everything is 10 to 15 min drive away, including the Horseshoue bay ferry.

Very Good Service throughout the hotel . Maintain the same level of service. It will be good to have a feature for early check in ( before 3 pm). I know the hotel does its best but it is a useful feature for business trips scheduled on the day of arrival. The temporary storage room is a good choice but may be can be improved.

Second stay for our Anniversary. Requested top floor this time and was accomadated. Received complimentary chocolate dipped strawberries for the occasion which was a nice and unexpected touch. Room and bed were amazing and the view was totally awesome! Great location and staff very friendly and helpful. Love this hotel! Looking forward to next stay.

There is a boat to Vancouver nearby and a subway connection. There are supermarkets and commercial areas to the north, and Stanley Park, which is within a 15-minute drive, is rich in nature and provides peace of mind. The room was clean and we had a good rest.

Awesome hotel , great staff easy check in . Best views in the city. Great food in the restaurant with very good service. Easy walking distance to many restaurants and shops as well as the sea bus . Have stayed here many times and will definitely be back.

Beautiful hotel, spotless room and amazing water view. Staff were friendly and helpful. We ate breakfast in the hotel restaurant with great service and an excellent choice of options on the menu. The location itself is clean, gorgeous and makes you feel safe and comfortable walking around, even at night. Would highly recommend this hotel.

Best hotel in North Shore for pool, fitness facilities, location, view, and using sea bus to downtown. Hotel has a an excellent restaurant, bar and parking facilities Walking distance to restaurants, coffee shops, shops, museum and Lonsdale market.

Hotel experience was not good. We booked for ocean view, which we did not get, and they didnt even offer a different room or price reduction. The beds were very small for 2 people. They were not accommodating at all. Would not recommend this hotel for the price we paid.
