Took my dad there for a staycation. My dad, my hubby and I had a luxurious time there overlooking the water and the city. Breakfast at The Lobby Restaurant was perfect too! We tried their crabcakes with egg benedict and it was sublime! It melted in our mouth, oh, it was just excellent! My hubby who travelled quite a bit said this was the best breakfast he had ever had. Room was beautiful too....love the bathroom design...haha, the blind at the tub...great idea! We will be back for another staycation.

We had a very pleasant stay at the Pinnacle - it made for a perfect base to explore the north shore. The neighbourhood is excellent - with easy access to Lonsdale Quay Market, great restaurants and the waterfront trail. The hotel is very well kept, and has an excellent pool and hot tub with outside view deck. The room was comfortable if not spacious - and the beds provided a good night sleep. The window to the bathroom is a bit odd - and the blind for that window was only semi-reliable. My only concern is the nightly rate which here - and elsewhere in the area - seem completely out of touch with reality. Apart from that, I would certainly stay here again.

Stayed for our Anniversary. Room was on the 6th floor and the day and night views were amazing. Bed super comfortable as was the pillow, which I wanted to take home! Newly refurbished and super clean. Ate a late dinner at their affiliated restaurant Pier 7, food was fantastic as was the waterfront view. Highly recommend both the hotel and the restaurant!

Enjoyed the farmers market at the Quay. Great restaurants close by. The bed and bedding was very clean. Staff was very pleasant and helpful. I miss the coffee machine downstairs in the lobby though. I must say something about the food because it was not to be missed. Delicious and healthy, we even purchased 5 smoothies during our stay. The salads are a meal.

Great stay although quite pricey. The room was great and clean. The view is outstanding so that is a great bonus. And the area is amazing too. I would just hope that the cost per night would be lower.

Stayed for 3 nights at the Pinnacle Hotel at the Pier for business and the room had everything that a business traveler needs. The bed was very comfortable, and the amenities made my working weekend more pleasant. Great location with lots of entertainment near-by. I enjoyed the live music at the Quay. The room had an amazing view and I just loved the gym. Excellent service from the staff, I even enjoyed a delicious meal made by the Executive Chef who got out of his way to accommodate my meal preferences. I highly recommend this hotel for business or pleasure. I can't wait to go back again.

This hotel has kept its high standards over the years. It is well maintained, has beautiful views, an excellent location in North Van and the staff are lovely. We were on the 8 th floor and enjoyed the day and night views of Vancouver. They are also pet friendly! We’ll be back

Good location however the room itself was a bit "tired"- carpet needs replacing. Otherwise it was clean Amenities (pool/gym/restaurant) good. Service was also good. Only had dinner at restaurant.. Would be nice to have room service re-instated rather than having to pick up the food.
