Clean and spacious rooms, very nice staff and coffee/tea available in the lobby in the morning. A 5 min drive to the airport. Perfect location to stay on a layover in Vancouver while transiting and restaurants across the street.

Stayed here during an overnight layover. Shuttles between airport and hotel every 30mins. Stayed in a king size bedroom. Room was clean. Bed and couch were very comfortable. Surprisingly quiet even to it's proximity to the airport. Continental breakfast in a small room to the right coming out of the elevators, very good make yourself waffles. I recommend this place.

We booked this hotel for a stopover in Vancouver overnight. At the time and at this moment, the website warns of reduced services including breakfast and courtesy shuttle. It seems to imply these things are still present in a reduced fashion. That is apparently not true and a very big disappointment when I discovered this on arrival to the airport and called them via the courtesy shuttle phone at domestic check in. This honestly negates most of the reason why I would book this hotel and is communicated very poorly. The Hilton shuttle is still running but not for the Hampton Inn. I don’t really write reviews but I feel like I was lied to when I booked this. The concierge was polite and I don’t blame him for the above issues as it is obviously management that makes these decisions. The bed is comfortable, the room is clean as expected. The shower is okay but with average water pressure. There is no offered compensation for the lack of the absent but pretty vital services given it is billed as a convenient airport hotel. There is no alternative, socially distanced breakfast provision despite the booking still saying free breakfast. There is no shuttle on demand on calling even if there is no regular service due to low number of guests. I still had to pay for a taxi/Uber both ways. I understand in current times things are difficult but if I am willing to give patronage to a hotel as we are all subject to the risk of covid 19, I would expect it to be really clearly that some of the things you would want in booking this kind of hotel are actually not present in any way at all.

We booked 2 vacation rooms for 2 couples. What we appreciated and expected was the shuttle to and from the airport. After our 2 week vacation, we waited at the pre designated area for shuttle pickup. After 30 mins in the cold I called. I was told they decided to cancel their shuttle service! How were we to get to the hotel to get our vehicle? We ended up calling an Uber to the tune of $28. Upon arrival at the hotel I went in to ask the desk clerk why they didn't email us notification? No answer. I have since written to Hampton (Hilton) but have not received a response. Sorry the trust is gone. Not impressed.

We stayed here twice on our way to Whitehorse, two nights once and then just overnight. It obviously had just been refurbished and looked nice, but there is NO ROOM! Mind you, we just had two small bags and there was no place to open them. Look closely at the picture and you will see there is no real closet. To turn on the faucet your head gets wet, no good for my hairdo! That was on the back side of the building. We stayed in the street side the second time and somewhat better, at least the shower worked better. Not a place a business traveler would be happy in. One chair squished between desk and bed. Breakfast was best part. Service is all nice and friendly, but not real. We asked several times about a missing item and no one ever responded to us. We can only assume they knew it was stolen and didn’t want to admit it. Hampton inns are usually so predictable. This one wasn’t!
