First room was musty and very date d. Needs tlc. Moved us and comped us some free breakfast buffets that were boring and the same each morning (no variety). New room clean. Staff friendly. Good distance for walking to the oval.

The personnel at the hotel were very helpful and accommodating. When I had an issue at about 11pm Alizon at the front desk was immediately responsible, offering an apology as well as remediation of the issue. The management team also offered follow-up in a most courteous and professional manner. Thank-you! Professional people make all the difference!

I was in town for a convention in downtown Vancouver. I made my plans late and all of the comparable D/T hotels were in the $500 range so I decided to stay in a good hotel in Richmond and take the SkyTrain. The Richmond-Brighouse station is a pleasant 10 minute walk from the hotel. Indoor parking is free here and,... More

For this price, it is better to stay somewhere else..! Like others said, hotel lobby is the ONLY place which is nice and updated..! Rooms are outdated and like a motel..! Things in the rooms are old and broken..! For the room, I _CANNOT_ find anythings close to the professional photos and it is over rating as well..! Here are... More

I've stayed here before and relieved an upgrade to a suite, unfortunately this trip was for business and therefore lowest cost room. It was functional, clean and comfortable but it was like walking a mile just to get to the front desk. The suites on the other hand are luxurious and like small apartments. You gets whats ya pay for.

I was there for a conference, very nice accommodations in the apartment/suite area. Just be sure you know which tower your room is in, because there are multiple sets of elevators and you need to be at the correct elevator bank in order to get to your room. Beautiful large windows.

Hi, overall not bad, upgraded once that was nice after 6 stays, parking's good, don't think they have rewards program or at least the didn't tell me about it. hate to say it but I get the impression front desk staff don't seem to care one way or another if you stay there or not. reasonable rates and rooms were... I booked this hotel because I wanted the two bedroom suite. After reading all of the reviews I wanted to consider another hotel, but I needed that second bedroom. I should have listened to the reviews. The hotel is dated and in need of a good cleaning. Our room was okay but the hall walls were dusty and in some... More

I was there for a three day convention. Parking was in a parkade, free with the reservation. The room was clean, nothing spectacular, but a comfortable bed, a coffee maker, mini fridge, etc. There is a pub conveniently located at the hotel and the food was good, reasonably priced and pleasant service. I made the mistake of having the breakfast... More

This is quite possibly the best hotel I have EVER stayed in! I travel for work a lot and stay in many hotels. However, this one ticks all the boxes. I was skeptical when I read the reviews on here. But I don't know what these people were moaning about. First thing is the price is the best in the... More
