The beds are very comfortable, and the heating/air con unit in our room was nice and quiet. I would highly recommend. Restaurants and stores are a few minutes drive away. They also offer free shuttle service to Vancouver airport.

The staff are friendly and welcoming, very kind to our toddler, gave her an extra ducky and popcorn, they pay for the airport taxi. Rooms are clean and what is needed for an overnight for the airport.

For an airport hotel it is a fair distance away from YVR. Hotel does not provide shuttle to and from airport but will reimburse for the standard Richmond taxi rate to the hotel from the airport and provide taxi voucher when leaving hotel back to airport. Hotel has an efficient and friendly check-in. Chose room at back of hotel for quieter sleep away from main road/highway. Room has essentials, clean and comfortable. Restaurant is attached to hotel on the far side and several other restaurants are within walking distance.

The desk staff were helpful and knowledgeable about the area., the room had a fridge, common area had a microwave, restaurants were within walking distance. Hotel reimbursed the cab to and from the airport. It is pet friendly, even though I didn’t bring my dog this time. I would stay here agai.

The staff here are so friendly and accommodating. Arrived for an overnight stopover till our next flight the next day Our room was clean and spacious and the beds were very comfortable. There is coffee and Tea in the room and also Shampoo and shower gel and conditioner. At the moment they do not have the shuttle running but refund you your $20.00 when you get there and arrange and pay for a Taxi the next morning. Our return stop our flight was delayed and we didn't get into the Hotel till around 3:30 am and Cole offered to give us a late checkout so we could get some extra sleep :) I would definitely recommend staying here to anyone and we will return for sure on our next trip.

All was good. I thought I had booked to include parking while we were in Mexico but had booked through a third party and although I had been told it was included it wasn't. I was fortunate that I had booked before and even though there were no spaces available he let me stay for a rate of $5 per night. Make sure when you book that you contact the hotel directly and get parking if you need it. The taxi rides were a surprise but were better than the shuttle.

Clean, comfortable and the rubber duck is a cute touch. Elevator wasn’t working but front desk staff were friendly and helpful!good location , ample parking and close to a number of restaurants. It’s a well priced, easy place to stay that has everything you need for a simple stay.

I stayed for one night and it was great . Very clean and large room with comfy bed and coffee and tea in the room . It’s very clean and the staff are lovely . There’s all day coffee in the lobby and vending machines with snacks and noodles and drinks on each floor . They also will pay for taxi fare from the airport up to $20 which usually covers the trip and you get a voucher for the taxi company they use for the way back so really only the tip you pay . Great deal and the taxis are all ordered in advance so no late rides to the airport. They have a restaurant but I didn’t try however 5 minute walk down the road is 24 hr Dennys so early risers can still eat . All in all is stay again

This hotel is truly a gem! From the quick easy check in, to the cleanliness. Paid for our taxi from the airport ! We really appreciated the little things like coffee ( not kerig!) to liquid hand soap ( no waste), comfortable beds. The lobby staff was personable and decor makes you smile. The little things in the room like comment cards, their sense of humour makes you smile. Yes we did smile a lot staying here😄 Due to unexpected cold and snow we needed an extra blanket , they brought in within 5 minutes! The cost was reasonable and we got the cutest rubber duck!❤️ Definitely will stay here again

We stayed at the Accent Inn Vancouver Airport as we had a overnight layover.When I booked I had phoned the hotel and talked to a nice gentleman who worked the night shift.He was very informative and even had ideas if we wanted to do things in that area.He was working when we checked in.They offer 24/7 shuttle to and from the hotel.They have a cab company they deal with but if you catch a different cab or Uber,get a receipt and they will pay you $20 which should include tip.The beds were comfortable and the rooms are clean.The staff is very nice and they respond quickly.I would stay here again.
