Western standards 2 star, Ukrainian Russian 4 stars, So I'll review using Western world standards.Check in very good, cleanliness : average for a " NEARBY beach hotel " . 4 floors, no elevator ! Nice walk 4 floors with luggage in both hands 37 celcius, a/c of the cheap variety, screen door falling off the balcony door. Food good for what they have to work with. Ingredient's are just not available to the chefs so your basically going to get the same thing cooked in a different manner. Free breakfast:: Im still amazed at these people ! So it starts at 8.30. And its free ( except beverages I guess ) so its a madhouse at 8.30 ! AND here is what amazes me. ONE MAN makes all the drinks available ! ONE" BARMAN " they call him.!! ONE ! And why ?????????? So its very clear that the problems are from within..Poor waiters and waitresses have no chance to satisfy the customers. One barman cannot possibly keep up with the demand of coffee drinks, juice drinks, and everything else so they are starting out with a bunch of thirsty pissed off people ! I counted about 100 of them..And if they could possibly think out of the box, two, or even three " barman's )) would increase the revenue ! But all Ukrainian restaurants are like this. They just don't get it,,,Sad to see these kids running around with tunnel vision trying there absolute best with no chance..Moving forward, very small pool area, no restaurant service ( another mistake from within ) very loud and closes early.. Anyway, I gave the grand more two stars because that is what it would get in the west. You can see by this review why it gets 4 stars in Russia/Ukraine. It's all they know..The town is dirty with no rules, motorized vehicles are allowed on the boardwalk so be very careful and all the attractions, stores, and restaurants are the same as the next town in Ukraine. Nothing new...
