We spent a week late June/early July. Our cabin was well equipped and we enjoyed the views from our spacious deck. The location is wonderful - Windy Ridge hike from our doorstep and short drive to Canmore, Banff and other hiking trailheads. The fireplaces are a bit glitchy but staff advised that they are replacing them gradually. The beds were super comfortable in our cabin!

This is our second visit! The only negative that we have about our stay, is not staying longer! The unit was quiet, with lots of privacy, even though we are right next to the playground. The view from the deck, and windows are breathtaking! You really do enjoy washing dishes with the view from the kitchen. Beds were quite comfortable, and the dark blinds made it easy to sleep in. As we are here during the Covid19 pandemic, we didnt really go into the lodge other than checking in. As usual, the check in was a very smooth and quick process. You can enjoy being so close to Banff and Canmore, but being away from the crowds. One thing that appealed to us the first time, was the fact that it is a stand alone cabin. We have a 4 year old, and are always nervous about how loud our boy can be. There are playgrounds, tennis court, and if you need to zip to the store, Husky and Shell are just down the road! If you have had your travel plans for this year interrupted due to Covid19, this is a perfect place for a family staycation.

I do not recommend this resort as we recently been through an ugly vacation experience there. Right from front desk to unit all lifetime bad experience. Do not be fooled by pictures, all units are aged and in bad shap. Make sure you are getting what you been told while booking the unit.

I love this Resort. It was our 3rd or 4th time staying here and each time it manages to surpass my expectations. It is a great location to access Kanaskis, Canmore and Banff from. The views at the Resort are incredible. Each cabin has their own deck and BBQ. There are plenty of activities for the family to do on-site. You will not be disappointed. The only reason I gave sleep quality a 4 is because the floorboards creak, so if you are a light sleeper you will hear all of your companions movements!

Even though the public facilities had to be closed because of the Covid19 virus we were able to enjoy the chalet, the hiking trails and the town's. Thank you for making our stay safe and fun! We booked another week for June!
