Have all the amenities and are cleaned as you'd expect. Despite the location not being ideal, we had all we needed. The gentleman at the front desk was welcoming and helpful. The hot tub was a plus. The one bedroom apartment was quiet and comfortable. I removed a star because of the very limiting cancelation policy and the location.

Pros - large room, good water pressure, close to Canmore Cons - no landline phones in the rooms, but also no USB outlets to charge your phone; lamps on tables nearly impossible to turn on/off; no luggage stand for my suitcase, so I had to drag a kitchen chair into the bedroom to put my suitcase on; the pull out bed was broken (one of the brackets had come off); only one facecloth left for us to use; the view of the mountains was blocked by construction trailers across the street; was woken up at 6 am by the sound of people on the floor above walking around and their doors being slammed; but the worst part of the whole experience was that there was no staff at the front desk to bring these concerns to

We stayed here as a hub place after visiting Jasper. Everything was clean, we had everything we needed except bath soap. The enclosed parking deck was nice. Beware one bedroom had bunk beds and we had 4 senior women. I slept on the couch which was fine but we weren’t told about the bunks.

Brittgal, A Ladies trip to the Rockies sounds like an excellent adventure! We apologize for the lack of soap, it was an oversight. Had you let us know during your stay we would have brought you some. We are sorry you didn't realize there were bunk beds, we try to be very transparent with regard to our listings so our guests are not surprised by anything! We are glad it all worked out, the couch was likely more comfortable thank a bunk bed anyway. We hope you all enjoyed your visit and found many incredible things to do and views to enjoy!

Each unit is quiet and well maintained. Hot tub was central and private, grounds were well kept and the location is close to the highway. Underground garage parking is great to keep vehicles warm and safe.

The unit itself was alright, the on-site service was non-existent. We arrived on a Wednesday and found the hvac didn’t work. We reported this to the on-site manager and nobody came to fix it. We kept reporting this every day and finally on Saturday evening the same manager told us that the maintenance man had come by but that the repair wasn’t straight forward and that he would need extra help, which wouldn’t happen until Monday. Upon returning to our unit Monday afternoon we found it still not working and we called the on-site manager. This time the was a different manager and he called someone to come come by our unit. Upon arrival this man noticed that the on/off switch was in the off position. He basically just threw the switch and it came on immediately. Hardly a complicated repair requiring assistance. We were clearly lied to. Unfortunately we needed to check out the next day. It isn’t that the unit just wouldn’t cool, it had no air circulation and it was 75 in our unit for six days!

We had a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom unit which was very spacious with a kitchenette. The drawback of this place is that there is nothing around and no amenities. You have to drive into Canmore which is a 10 minute drive to get to anything. There is also only a hot tub and no swimming pool on premise.

The hotel is located in a Hamlet along a road. We booked a superior room with a view and were given room which overlooked a road with a view of a trailer and garbage dumpsters as they said all other rooms were taken. The room we were given could not be locked from the outside, only if you were inside the room. The property itself is worn and needs updating. Additionally, the property advertises different amenities including a fire pit, which was ripped out, yet they continue to advertise having one. The overall grounds are shabby at best. The hotel also emailed us two days before arriving to advise there was ongoing construction on the property next door, but it was too late to cancel our reservation without penalty. My husband and I checked out within an hour of checking in due to the issues with the room and property. Management has refused to offer any refund, even after we provided proof of their misrepresentation of the property. This property is not worth staying at and exhibit a complete lack of customer service and care.

The unit we had was spacious, clean, and very comfortable! Everything we needed was included, including kitchen utensils, dish soap, laundry detergent, dishwasher soap, and plenty of towels. It was so nice to be able to cook meals everyday! The beds were comfortable, and we did not hear anything from any other unit or the hallways. It was so good to have underground parking too. I was told two times upon registering, that there was $150 fee for not returning the parking pass, and it is on the paper work given. It is so close to Canmore and Banff, and the price was much more affordable!

tct1976, Thank you for such a great review! Which did you love more, Banff or Canmore? We hope you didn't eat every meal in or you might have missed some amazing food out! We hope your trip to the Canadian Rockies was everything you hoped it would be! Should you find your way back to the area we would love to host you again!

The receptionist did not know something as basic as how to register a vehicle in the computer system. They also charged me an unreasonable and exorbitant fee for a missing parking pass (which is essentially a flimsy piece of cardboard). The property is understaffed. I would not recommend it to anyone.

Jaydeep, We are disappointed your visit with us fell short of your expectations. You were informed (on more than one occasion most likely) that the parking passes were required to be returned or you would be charged a fee. We are sorry you were not impressed with our team at reception. Even if there is an occasion when we are short staffed, it is our goal to be respectful and to make all of our guests feel welcome. We apologize if you did not experience the warm hospitality that we are so proud of.

We had the parkade entrance on one side and construction on the other. Garbage bin in front. The garbage bins were in front of the fire hydrant. No barbecue utensils, one small fry pan, one small food prep bowl, no sink stop and dishwasher had broken latch. Ended up hand washing our dishes. Bathroom has lots of towels but no hair lower which is standard in most places. Grounds are well maintained and hot tub was lovely. Gym was good but a bit tired Should alert to obstructed views and add required food prep items. Difficult to barbecue with a fork. Staff are very friendly
