Stayed on the 27th floor and the views from there are pretty spectacular, could see the Sky Tower and the water + streets from above which was lovely, everything else though was sub-par.
Chipped and dirty walls all through the 2bdrm + lounge areas, one of the smallest bathrooms I’ve seen - somehow manages to fit a bath/shower + washer and dryer with a toilet and sink together, but when you go to use the toilet your legs and feet against the bath and I’m a smaller person, don’t imagine it would be that nice if someone was a bit bigger and the shower constantly flooded the floor with water because the glass pane barely covers half of the surface area and even then it goes underneath the pane all over the floor.
Have to pay extra for housekeeping as well and you barely get any amenities to wash your dishes - they only gave one roll of toilet paper for 4 people staying 4 days so we had to go down to get more from reception, same with the apparently “30GBs of WIFI”.
Carpets were very dated and dirty to match the chipped walls. Old school column heaters did keep the bedroom toasty but the positions you’d put them feel dangerous as the secondary bedroom had it placed within 30cm of the bed and walls.
Each room and the lounge had a little balcony to stand on which was nice to see the view, can be a bit noisy as you’d expect being right next to Queen St which is fine.

All in all it would’ve been okay for one night, but we stayed for several days and it just became painful the more we stayed, great views but I wouldn’t go back

This is in a best location and does not even need a vehicle to travel around. There is not even a single vehicle parking space to get down from the taxi and take ur luggage inside. Staff is not at all supportive.
We booked a 2 bedroom apartment. Our bathroom was locked only had the master en-suite until we went down and asked them.
Old En-suite shower cabin was door was broken and only fixtures was a shower curtain. Microwave had no labels whatsoever, you are welcome to confirm by pressing each and every button till u figure what you need.
Outdoor pool was fashionably neglected , with birds feathers, poop and plenty nibble sticks in it.
Only cookware in the kitchen was one pot and one frying pan. That’s it.
This property is not priced according to its true values but, misleading high quality photos in the website.

This self-catering accommodation is located in an unattractive corner of the CBD but is very well placed for all the main central sites and just a short walk for the island ferries. We stayed in a city facing studio on the sixth floor. The bed was comfortable and daily servicing of the room okay. The facilities are quite good with adequate crockery and cutlery, a cooker and dishwasher. Also the shower room incorporates a washing machine and drier which we used successfully. Powder and d/w powder were supplied and replaced as used. Towels were decent quality and replaced daily. Not luxurious accommodation but served our needs well. Cyclone Gabrielle meant that we spent more time in the studio than we would have wished but it was a relief to have a safe haven with good Wi-Fi!

Dear Gerry, Thank you for taking time to write a detailed feedback on your stay. We are glad that, we were able to make you feel safe and could cater to your need. Being centrally located; it does have some quirks. But, safety of our guest is vital, hence, a 24hrs monitoring system along with on site security; does provide a safe heaven. We do hope to see you in near future, wish you a pleasant day.

Great location. Suite was clean. Included a basic kitchen. Laundry facilities in the bathroom came in handy. Small balcony that had a nice view.

Easy walking distance to the harbour. Close to public transport, and a good variety of restaurants.

I would definitely stay here again.

I have stayed here several times and been generous with my reviews but my experiences on this occasion have been disappointing. I booked and paid for a double room, on a high level with harbour views. I booked six months out so I could secure a good level and view, and I paid around $340AUD for one night - so i was confident we would be happy. On check-in we were given a room on the 27th floor but to see the harbour you had to squish yourself against the window and look to the right. The view straight out the best window was of buildings. I have had the view advertised in their marketing and it was stunning but this one wasn't. Also plenty of cracked tiles, a leaky shower over the bath always left the floor soaked, a washing machine that stopped frequently because it wasnt balanced, a dryer that stopped frequently, seemingly because it was hot, an AC that stalled constantly because the tank was full of water and a microwave that was missing a leg. One day we had to wait half an hour for a lift and on two occasions there were staff in the lifts and we couldnt fit in. The staff on the front counter were good and understanding and they offered us another room on a lower floor with polar opposite views - but even less harbour views. If you want good harbour views and modern facilities that work consider other options.

Clean, compact budget accommodation close to central Auckland on level ground. Workable kitchen complete with dishwasher caters for 4 guests. Within walking distance to a supermarket plus ferry and rail terminals. With secure entry plus 24/7 reception we enjoyed our stay feeling safe in an after dark entertainment precinct.

Check in was easy for our 2 night stay, and they gave us a second room key. Just note, however, that they took $75 deposit, which was supposed to come back to my account when we left. 5 days later I still haven't seen it. We were on the 37th floor in a 2 bedroom apartment with kitchenette. The view over the harbour was amazing! The hotel is easy walking distance to Queen Street, One Commercial shopping centre, Sky Tower, food court, and pubs - there are plenty of restaurants nearby. Also its easy access to Britomart railway station, and we used the rail to get to a rugby game. The bathroom was small, but everything worked fine. Note, if you want to park there its an additional $60 a night, but we parked 200m down the road at an Auckland City Carpark for $24 for the night. Excellent value for a weekend away.

Quick to respond- there was a broken bulb in one lamp.(came up straight away to replace)
Apartment suited 4 people self contained.

Awesome view - worth spending that little bit extra with sky tower a pleasure to look at
(great city & harbour views)
Location- within walking distance to local cafes & restaurants, super market.Gym & pool also which was added bonus. Bathroom small- would probably have problems if you were a really big person 6ft plus- would find it difficult but everything you need.( great water pressure ) Great cooking facilities and larger fridge. Can book parking ( car cannot be above 2.05 metres high) free wifi, portable air con- balcony all around( views spectacular at night)

Elevators needs to be upgraded after the incident that happened on Saturday 27/03/2021 on elevator 3 when it broke down and went out of service and was on the upper ground level. We rang the receptionist but they were no help and rang the fire engine services ourselves due to one person that had medical conditions and we were losing air because it was hot and stuffy. Fire services arrived ,opened the doors for us we were out .
Housekeeping didn’t service our room after the out and about card was left in the door, rang the receptionist asking for service after 1pm which he said the housekeepers will come after 2pm to service was waiting for them, rang at 4pm and was told that the housekeepers were gone home so asked the receptionist if we can have some clean linen and towels and amenities and instead of them coming they asked us to come down and get it. Like can’t 1 of yous can’t come up and give it and the other one stay at the receptionist 🤦🏾‍♀️

Dear ellisamoa26 I distinctly recall the incident where a thorough investigation was carried out as we consider lift outages & fire brigade call out very seriously as there can be a potential of loss of life in such instances. Following the call to Reception overnight, the advise was given that, the Lift Contractor has been called where their response time is 30 mins, which is not uncommon length to be stuck in the lift. I understand the medical emergency you highlight however we are dependent on our contractors and the Fire Brigade was called withing 5 minutes which isn't a fair expected time period for response. I regret such an emergency did occur however they are rare and unfortunately outside of our control where patience needs to be exercised. I regret your experience with housekeeping however staff do finish at 2pm and you were not disturbed due to the "Do not Disturb" sign. We are a large 38 storey building where staff can be called to any number of issues and reception can be only left with 1 person. Your point is valid which I will reiterate and hope you can understand the complexities of running such a large building. Lastly I encourage you to contact me directly should you require further details as I'd like to provide you an improved experience for your next stay. sincerely, Shameel

Location is great, only a few steps from Britomart station, so it's easy to get around using trains. Room is clean, and complete appliance including washing machine and dryer. Parking is available as a paid service, but you get a closed, secure location.

Yes there is. They held onto our luggage on check-out day so we could spend the last day in the city and pick it up when we decided to leave.
