Just spent 2 nights here and found it great. Carol is a friendly and engaging host, and a good cook. Excellent breakfasts. Room comfortable and quiet. Excellent walks straight from the front door. We'd like to return.

We stayed here with two friends for a wedding. Carol and her husband were kind, courteous, accommodating, relaxed and friendly, and went well beyond what was merely required. The rooms were spacious, clean and a lovely view of the village. Breakfast was great too! Very highly recommended for a stay in a lovely Yorkshire village! Thank you!

One of our stop offs doing the Cleveland way. In summary very friendly and helpful hosts, a lovely cooked breakfast and really comfortable accommodation in this lovely village. The hosts will transport you back up "the hill" if you want in the morning. Dog friendly, with no "locally paid" surcharge!

Fantastic B and B. Carol was lovely, welcoming and friendly. Comfortable and spotlessly clean room, with all the amenities. Amazing breakfast, made to order and plenty of choice. Excellent location, ideal for walks. Highly recommend the pub next door. Will definitely be returning and will be recommending church farm to all.
