Detailed Reviews
We arrived at the hotel for a short mid-week vacation. The reception was quick by a pleasant clerk who very patiently explained to us about the hotel, the room was large and clean, but it had a strong smell of detergent at the entrance which required us to air the room, the beds were comfortable, and the shower was good and clean, the water flow was strong and adequate. Large dining room, dinner and breakfast were good with a large and tasty selection, very kind service from the staff. There are facilities for sports as well as activity rooms for children. The hotel is located in a place where the view from it is very charming, we warmly recommend the place and we will come back again.

We took advantage on a deal of one night and extended it to 2 nights over new year's eve. It looks like the hotel is geared for large groups. In one of the rooms the air conditioning (heating) did not work so the couple changed rooms. In our room it was difficult to control and became dry at night). The room was very simple and we heard kids running early in the morning. Breakfast was OK with good variety, Friday's dinner was average, Since it was cold and rainy people gathered after Friday's dinner in the lobby which was packed.

I was sent to Jerusalem with my wife for a Ministers conference and stayed at this hotel.
I have some problems with my legs at present caused by ulcers and my mobility is badly effected and at first we got off to a bad start with a lady manager who was rude, unwelcoming and a bad representative for tourism in Israel.
However all that changed when the Manager in reception booked us into different rooms free of charge that suited my disabilities and agreed that the room we had been given/allocated was below standard.
For the rest of the week the Manager and staff couldn't have been more caring and attentive looking to always please and meet my needs. The rooms were lovely cleaned to very high standard every day with everything provided regarding the needs of ourselves.
The food was excellent with great detail taken to cater for all dietary requirements including my own, with the staff always coming over to ask if there was anything else they could do to make our food and stay special.
This is a hotel.located in beautiful surroundings of Judean hills and with beautiful staff who cared a lot about making everyone feel special. They unlike the lady Manager I first met did their country proud and I would recommend if visiting Israel you consider this hotel as a very good option to stay in.
I was at a business conference for Ministers and they were excellent in looking after my needs, but they are also a family hotel and worth considering when planning a visit to Israel with direct access to Jerusalem on public transport outside hotel in coaches that are like private coaches and not public transport.
Again lovely place to stay , great food, great people great hotel.

We've been visiting for a family event and stayed for a weekend, crammed into a room of a double king size beds + baby bed (with 3 children and a baby). The facilities are average in the room, nothing fancy or luxurious, no room service but a spacious room with internet-tv.
The hotel grounds are great, kids playground and games area was over the top with a large trampline, ping pong table, video game console, bricks room, boardgames and a movie theatre with large pillows to seat or lay down on.
Food servings were great as well, large amount of food, clean, variety and tasty.

This is a hotel in a lovely location, let down by its unwelcoming staff, threadbare towels and bathroom not restocked with shower gel etc. Internet connection was ‘patchy’ and no assistance available to help with luggage.
The room itself was tidy and bright, breakfast was good and kerb appeal good.
A hotel more geared up for business conferences.

We went with our kids and grandkids on a friday night - 8 adults and 6 kids. There is a special area for kids to play in which was fun for a few hours but was totally unsupervised. When we asked the hotel to send someone ---they didnt. The pool was closed but the slides and sprinklers were open but only till 5 on Friday when they had promised us until 6 pm. There was a teenager sitting next to the slides fully dressed-not in a bathing suit who we presumed was a lifeguard but both of them took long breaks and were reading the whole time. We paid very high prices especially for rooms with kids over 2 (3 and 6) and there is no option without breakfast which we would have preferred. The breakfast was very good but none of the kids really eat that much and hard to justify the price. I called the hotel several times in advance to try to understand when things were open but was told to ask when I get to the hotel. In general the staff who answered the phone were very unfriendly which was unfortunate. We enjoyed the experience but it is an older hotel and both the rooms and the slide/pool area did not smell nice- we do not know the reason. The hotel did not agree to any discount even for 4 rooms so next time we will probably make another choice in light of the above.

I was in a garden room.
The room is charming, the TV is smart 4K.
The hotel is beautiful, well-kept and clean.
The staff is very helpful.
The breakfast was nice and there was not a huge selection but was just fine.
Maybe because the hotel was not fully booked
We asked the chef for cakes and he brought us a whole plate of cakes.

The location is nice, the surrounding is beautiful. But we came in a rainy days so had to enjoy only the hotel and it wasn’t joyful at all.
First, the service, from the reception our welcome was bad, they couldn’t find our reservation and it seemed like they don’t really care too much. I had to look for it for myself in the computer and than notice our names.
Rooms, awful beds! And not very clean. On the second day they didn’t clean our rooms.
Food, was average. We took half board cause it’s far from other places, but wasn’t worth the extra money we payed.
Another problem was that the kids didn’t enjoy the stay. Though they promised special room and activities for kids, it was just a small with few un working games and movies without dubbing to Hebrew.
