Amazing site with swimming pool. Wallabies and other animals all around. Nice bar and really nice staff. Rooms are clean and simple and you share bathroom and kitchen with other rooms. Allow time for just being at the site and feel the atmosphere - it's really something.

Sixteen muddy bikes arrived very late (9.30pm) for a pre booked night, and we couldn't have wished for a more friendly, helpful and easy arrival. Thanks so much! We will definitely be back, even if it's just for a beer in the super cool new bar.

Very friendly genuine working cattle station close to the Lichfield National Park and Adelaide River Hotel ( for evening meals) if you cannot be bothered to use the fully equipped kitchen. Large communal fridge in kitchen/ dining area.A/ C rooms in old drovers house. Such a welcome change from sterile motels. Great swimming pool to cool off after a day...

From the initial phone booking, to the welcome on arrival, service at the Cheeky Bull bar and barista coffee in the morning, we were made to feel very welcome by our gracious hosts who went out of their way to assist us (thanks for that tupperware container Sue!). We commandeered the Stockman's Quarters and the accommodation is a perfect blend...

We stayed earlier this year and loved the location. Accommodation was basic but adequate. Loved the atmosphere, the bar that opened up in the evenings, the peope all milling around working and enjoying the area. We only stayed one night but if we are ever up in Darwin or NT we will definately stay here again for longer.

With a feeling of truly being in the NT outback, it's hard to realise that Mount Bundy is only an hour out of Darwin. Quiet & peaceful with a true sense of being on a working property, surrounded by cattle, horses, buffalo & some very sweet bird life. Cheeky Bull Bar which opens up in the afternoon is a great...

We stayed at Mount Bundy in the cooks house on our first night in Australia. It could not have been better! The cook's house was clean, comfortable & had a lovely view from the veranda. We only stayed for one night due to our itinerary but wished it could have been longer. The owners/staff were really friendly & the accommodation...

We had a lovely restful week at Mt Bundy. Very helpful and friendly hosts. Great pool and Bar. Camp fires permitted. Good to go to the bar of an evening and meet and chat to fellow travellers whilst having an ale or two. We went 4x4 driving round the boundary fence which was interesting. Lots of animals, peacocks, peahens, horses(...

Most friendly staff so far on trip. Old property with massive old trees add to the charm. Horses, cattle, big friendly bull, buffalo , peacocks , jabarus, wallabies and native bird life everywhere. The Cheeky Bull Bar with fire pit with Happy Hour and sometimes food is a massive plus. The history of the property during WW2 is shown during...

After a not so great first trip, we were very pleasantly surprised going back this year. We were able to get a spot under shade which made a huge difference, and the other campers were very well behaved which meant a much more peaceful and enjoyable stay. We will definitely be going back !!
