bed and breakfast with a taste of history. The staff were very kind. Hot water, a bed and quiet environment. it is not easy to find dinner at night in the near locations though (visited in december). Bring your own food or prepare for a fun adventure. It has convenience store nearby though. If you bring your cooking utensils you...

About two hours from Ercan airport in an unspoilt and interesting but not particularly picturesque large village. Excellent uncrowded beaches in the area . Salamis and Famagusta about an hour away for day trips. A car is essential . There may be a problem booking as an independent traveller as when we tried to contact the hotel direct we found...

We booked three rooms in the Arch House for one night. The air conditioner was not working property in one of the rooms and it was dripping for the whole time. There were water marks all over the curtain and they had put a bucket for the dripping water in the room. The sound of dripping water was awful. There...

Enjoy the feeling to go back in time. Clean rooms, old fashion, but still nice. Very good dinner in the restaurant beside with a waiter that speak very fluene English, Even if he never as he said, had been outside TRNC and never studier. To say it simple, both he and the food were home made and impressing

The place is very picturesque and beautiful and the restaurant next to it very good. This was my second visit to this place and there was surely deterioration comparing with last year's visit. The rooms were very poorly cleaned and there were too many insects in the rooms. The kitchen did not have any plates, glasses, knifes, forks or spoons....

In a very quiet village setting but with restaurants close by, this is an unusual and attractive place to stay way up the Cyprus 'panhandle'. Facilities are simple but perfectly acceptable, with decent beds, plenty of space, and air conditioning if you want it. We dined on the owner's balcony just down the road and paid very little for an...

This is actually called Karpaz Arch Houses in Dipkarpaz. The room is clean and basic. It's right next door to a great restaurant and 2 supermarkets. Breakfast is egg, halloumi, lamb sausage, tomato, cucumber, olives, bread. Wonderful location for exploring the Karpaz peninsula. There's no wifi, TV or similar - but we weren't expecting it here. No complaints whatsoever!

This is a basic hotel offering clean accommodation in traditional style buildings. Our room had a double bed, and a sofa which could have been used as as extra bed. There were table, chairs, good sized wardrobe, air -con and a fridge (what a godsend the last two were!) The bathroom had a shower, basin and wc. We stayed 10...

While on a trip throughout karpaz area, me and my parents decided on the mandatory stop in Dipkarpaz. It had to be either the Arch Houses or the Villa Lembos for the simple fact that once on the road in this relatively remote area of Cyprus you might want to try the best this region has to offer. And the...

We were on a cycling break and passed through Dipkarpaz and planned to stay there but hadn't booked as we weren't sure exactly when we'd arrive. Nevertheless having stayed there previously we hoped there would be space and wasn't disappointed. The rooms are basic with no TV or WIFI, but you don't come to this neck of the woods for...
