Location is perfect, far enough from the packed Main Street but also walking distance (with gear!) to the gondola. Perfect spot if you’re hitting Heavenly Resort. In addition to killer location, service is great too. Staff wants you to have the best time possible on your stay and every night there’s not only a happy hour, but s’mores post happy hour too. And to top it off, get yourself a complimentary coffee for that walk to the gondola. (They use local roasters) Our dog was a big fan too.

Booked this hotel as I was looking to bring our dog and to find a hotel that we could continue to bring him. I had to cancel 48 hours prior to reservation as I had been in contact with a COVID positive individual. They charged a cancellation fee then chided me because I booked through booking.com. So much for being a responsible person to both their staff and guests. Horrible customer service and lack of any business foresight.

Referred to this place by friends and I can’t wait to return. Rooms and amenities were just great, but the staff was over-the-top. Warm, welcoming and very attentive. You get the feeling each team member is an owner. Great vibe and we loved the fire pits. And the nightly s’mores tradition was enjoyed by kids AND adults. Easy walk to everywhere, and Nevada is practically across the street. Well done!

The Coachman is a comfortable and cozy place that has almost everything you minimally need. We stayed here in mid-October and had a great time. We were welcomed by Cameron. The guy was super easy and chill to talk to. He thoroughly explained all the amenities and benefits of the hotel. Walked us through each part and provided suggestions about food, hikes, bars. The hotel room was trendy, boutique, and simple. King room was solid, comfortable, spacious. The bathroom provides Malin + Goetz skincare and shower products which is the best. One thing that was awesome that stood out is the heated toilet seat. The room had a fridge and small space to hang clothes as well. Very family friendly and spacious. They have plenty of space on their grounds, an upper deck with shaded benches, an outdoor fire pit with several chairs, an indoor area with a projector. The place is stylish, really good for family, group of friends, or just a solo trip. At the time they were provided s'more kits as well. Solid coffee, beer and wine selection. Walkable to all the restaurants an plenty of parking space. Thanks again Cameron and Darci for scaring off that bear too! Be safe, thanks!

I went for just a quick 2 night trip with my friends to the coachman. The hotel is in a great location, just a 5 minute walk will get you to heavenly village or the beach. The rooms were spacious and seemed to have everything you would need. The Apple TV in the room was a nice touch as we could sync up a phone and watch a movie. The Staff were amazing! Thank you Jake, Darci, and Cameron for the recommendations and overall service. I am looking forward to coming back when ski season starts in a few months! :)
