Usually i dont care for a super perfect hotel, nor i care for stains on carpets or broken sidewalks, rusty railways or crumbling construction... nor I care for outdated furniture, ambiance etc... but i absolutely care for cleanness (most important) and heated water/bedroom (specially in tahoe) and this, was not provided/offered at this hotel. Bathroom was clean, but had no...

We had traveled to Lake Tahoe just this past weekend with some visiting family members and unfortunately chose this motel for an overnight stay. I booked it on Orbitz.com and the pictures etc looked fine on the website. But the nightmare started once we arrived there. The Indian(Gujarati) lady at the front desk was pretty rude and was not even...

Good location, but the owner fooled us when we asked if the room had a view. "Yes, you can see everything", he said. All we could see was the parking lot. And the moment we stepped into the room, we just wanted to run away. Everything we could see looked crappy, unclean, and just wrong. The kind of place that...

I stayed here in the summer of 2008 for 4 months. It was the best time in my life. OK there are some scratches on the walls and the bathrooms but I can assure you that the manager qorks with only the perfect housekeepers know what they are doing. I was working at Lake Tahoe Resort (former Embassy Suites Heavenly...

Hotel was very nice. The cost was also too good. Manager was very helpful and informative. Room was clean and large. Best was the location. This hotel is located at a walking distance from stateline. Near to restaurants, shopping center, casinos. Hard Rock cafe is at a walking distance and Heavenly resort is just across the road. We totally enjoyed...

This place is cheap for the area so it was perfect for our one night stay. There seemed to have been a weird issue when we arrived with some guest so we were slightly worried about safety. The room was good though, nice and big and everything worked and was clean. The breakfast was simple and got the job done....

This place is definitely over priced. First off no air conditioning, which sucked cuz we were on the top floor and i swear people below us must have been using the heater, and ya know heat rises... also it was dirty, in need of major updating.. the head boards of our beds had thick layer of dust. Hair in shower....

First off, let me say that I chose this "inn" because I had short notice of our Tahoe trip, so I was somewhat rushed and couldn't take my normal time to research more thoroughly. Now, I was going to give this place two stars because I've been in a motel worse than this in Salinas (felt like Compton or Stockton),...

Our friends booked us a room at State Line Economy Inn for a couples weekend getaway. Lesson learned: always read the reviews before booking! When checking in, the management required us to pay in full for both nights. Not sure if this is their policy but they required us to do so. When we made complaints about the state of...
