Stayed with two girlfriends in the large family room. Loved the outdoor fire pits, the beer garden and live music! Jacuzzi is nice to relax in after a long day. 1 block away from Heavenly Village. 7 minute drive to beaches. Updated, clean and fun! Cornhole in the background. All types of people are welcome.

The location was great (walking distance from village, beach and casinos) beer garden was great (good music, great staff, games available, decent food) but the beds were uncomfortable, and tv had minimal channels. We had a good stay.

Room was not clean which is a showstopper right there. The baseboard near the bed was covered with dust and hair of many people, obviously not cleaned in a very long time. We were there two nights. The floor was not cleaned during our stay, as evidenced by crumbs that didn't move. The sink drain was slow and the soap...

Mark R, My apologies for this experience in your room. This is very surprising to read and not a usual stay with us. I am taking the room you stayed in offline for a dep clean to ensure its cleanliness. We do deep cleans twice a year from ceiling to floor, carpets get professionally cleaned wall to wall twice a...

Basecamp has a very cool vibe we love what they're looking to do with the place. The rooms are very minimal, clean. The service has gone down a bit since the last time we stayed unfortunately -- couldn't get a hold of the front desk from our room phone (tried multiple times on two different days), our clogged sink was...

This is the second time I've stayed, mostly because it's pet friendly. The people who work here are fantastic, and they've done a really cool job updating what looks like an old motel.TWO hot tubs. Yes. But the big problem is we barely slept the first night because you could hear everything (walking around, banging on the floor for some...

We've been to Baseamp in the past, several times and it's (was?) our favorite place to go because is dog friendly and they have music. This time we tried to get in for two consecutive nights, the second night we waited for 2 hrs (listening to the music guys) and we had to order a pizza to go,they didn't even...

We lucked out and got a table in the pub. It was too busy to actually be comfortable. Our table was long and thin, hard to have conversation, and very noisy. The pizza is good appreciate the gluten-free option, good drinks. A bit pricey for what you get and the fact that service is slow and the place is very...

Basecamp was a cool hotel overall. The best part about the room is the fireplace. Unfortunately didn't get to take advantage of the complimentary waffles; they were bringing out one at a time with a bunch of folks waiting by the table so my bf and I just went to McDonald's. The location of the hotel makes it an even...

Aside from the decor, which has a wonderful hipster vibe, there's not a whole lot beyond this motel's location to recommend. Prices are 50-100% more than other motels just next door, and the amenities aren't much better. The complimentary breakfast is all carbs (toast, cereal, waffles), and the hot tubs are hit-or-miss whether they'll be running. There's also not a...

Awesome location and within walking distance of casinos, restaurants, grocery store, shops and the gondola (if open). The rooms do not have microwaves or refrigerators but if there's snow, you can put your food/alcohol on the patio.
