I had the pleasure of speaking to Dan when looking to book a hotel in tahoe. I was looking for a deal with an oceanfront hotel. THIS IS THE PLACE YOU WANT TO STAY!! this vieww was absolutely gorgeous. When speaking with Dan he was great at convincing me to book with them without being pushy. There is a skill to this! I'm from New York so i'm used to ignoring hustles but Dan was so smooth and genuine. Not your typical sales rep at all !! Because of his stellar personality, professionalism, and friendliness I chose to book directly through them and forfeited gaining points through hotels.com. Upon check in I forgot who assisted me but they are so kind and laid back I love it there!!! THE ROOM THE ROOM THE VIEW!!!! Absolutely spectacular! I love how the sink is separate from the toilet and shower. Beautiful grey tile shower that is! Anything I needed it was given to me within seconds. By the time the question leaves your brain they will have what you need LOL. I WILL DEFINITELY STAY HERE AGAIN!!! THIS IS MY GO TO SPOT! I left my firestick remote there and they were kind enough to mail it back to me. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS ESTABLISHMENT!! It's also in walking distance of restaurants and other amazing viewpoints. LOVE LOVE LOVE THIS PLACE! THANK YOU FOR HAVING AN AMAZING STAFF!! DAN SHOULD BE A MANGER :)

We had a 1 bedroom unit on the beach. The price is reasonable. And the location can't be beat, right on the beach with a view of desolation. The staff was very accommodating, gracious, kind and willing to work with our specific challenges which included my 90 year old mom. Though the facility has somewhat dated furnishings and styling, all was in very good condition and spotless. In this time of covid they are beyond wonderful. We can't wait to return.

We booked a ground floor lodge room last minute. Parking was easy and there were plenty of spots. We had direct access to the beach which was great. the beach is private and not crowded. You didn't have to get up at 6 am and put out your stuff; in fact we went to Heavenly for the day and came back around 1 pm and there were plenty of socially distanced spots. Apparently, you can get beach chairs from the office beginning at 10 am. Some people had them, but we brought our own. We left our chairs and paddle board right outside our patio doors facing the beach. Others did the same. We did not worry that they would be stolen. The vibe was very family. Not party central like some of the other places we've stayed but in all fairness we were there during the week Tues - Fri. I spoke to the office to book the stay for next summer. They were super friendly and looked like they really enjoyed their jobs. We're going to try the condo buildings with full kitchen and 2 bed/2 bath. The lodge room was ok, but with me, my husband and 2 kids the standard room was tight and also on the older side (motelish). I think the condos are individually owned and decor/upgrades vary. Location was ideal. If you stay a bit farther north you'll get caught up in the casino area and traffic. From the hotel we walked south 3 mins to the pier and rented jet skis (parasail, boat rentals, etc.), walked the other direction for 10 mins for dinner at Riva Grill and Artemis. During covid, I would highly recommend making reservations as outdoor dining was limited. We only stayed 3 nights and it was tough finding that many places to eat where you could get a reservation in advance. It's a short drive to the Heavenly Gondola which had a fun coaster, hiking trails and great views. the Heavenly Village had a ton of restaurants. I would (and am) definitely go back - all lake front rooms, private beach and location were terrific.

Extremely unprofessional manager and owner both. Unknowledgeable, unfriendly and unwelcoming in regards to service dogs! Really puts a damper on this day so many other great lake front properties that are welcoming of your service dog.
