The hotel has 3 categories of rooms, standard rooms are without balcony, all our family rooms are with balcony. I was staying in this hotel for a week. Everything was amazing. Restaurants, Snack bar, pool bar everything was open and some bars even operating 24 hours. Food is delicious. I would love to appreciate Chef's who are preparing all of this dishes. You will find a food from the all cuisines. F&B team are doing great job. I'm giving them 5 stars. I wanna mention Musa who is supervising restaurant. He is the one who guides us regarding restaurants timing and operation. And Bartender Burhan who is very kind and gave us genuine service. Unfortunately Front office staff didn't explain anything to us upon check in. It was a quick explanation which is not even detailed. So you have to figure out everything by your own. One time I called to the front office reception at evening time and I asked regarding Luggage wrapping service. So lady(speaking russian) who answered the call was speaking on the rude tone. Without greetings or nice ending of our conversation. Security is not helpful. One time I booked PCR test and I couldn't find the other entrance. I asked security lady. She just turned her head and said she doesn't know. She didn't Even tried to help. I'm very disappointed with Front office and Security department in this hotel. Fitness center is very old and I couldn't even train there. All Machines and equipment are damaged. Overall facilities and private beach is very nice. Hotel was spotless with staff constantly cleaning throughout the day. Food choices were amazing and the many snack bars, restaurants and pool bars all had a wide variety to please any palette. The staff were amazing right from the porters, entertainment staff, cleaners and bar tenders who could not do enough to make your stay fantastic. Having never been to Turkey before we were more than impressed and will definitely be returning !

This hotel is spotlessly clean. The service, food and alcoholic drinks all very good. If you have children you will certainly have a great time here. We were 2 ladies visiting without children and sadly there was not much to do for adults. Most people who stayed up past 9pm were sitting around playing cards. There were singers each evening but these were not on the main stage and it was very subdued. there are not many bars or restuarant nearby to escape to. Obviously because of the amount of children here the all inclusive dinner restaurant was very noisy. (We only found the upstairs eating area on our last day which was quieter, so this could have been better sign posted). There is an al a carte restaurant where you pay 10 euros. This was very good and we spent a very pleasant evening in there with very good food and wine. So to summerise if you have children book it without a second thought, if you don't maybe have a serious think.…

In 2019 was our first visit to grand park lara and we were satisfied then although some improvement was possible. Mai 2022 was our second visit and it looks like the management knew where to solve those shortcomings. We could see a happy staff, pretty excellent food and clean restaurants. And the kids animation (and crew) was just marvelous. We had a wonderfull week in grand park lara! The only thing now to improve is the unkindness of some guests;)

Horrendously abusive staff in the restaurant. Not somewhere I would ever revisit. Mehmet was shouting and threatening, never been treated like that and we holiday 5 to 10 times per year for the past few years. I have taken video evidence if needed.

My Family and I spent a week here from the 23rd to the 30th of April and had nothing short of an awesome time! Great food, service and loads to do for the kids. Exceptional cleanliness and Mehmet the barman in the lounge made excellent cocktails ( and always had a smile.
