++ great position on the beach, clean rooms
- - real challenge to find it, no elevator, breakfast truly disgusting every day (little choice, bad quality products, cold cheap coffee/tea) with really unhelpful staff only interested in their own romantic relationships. Drinks & Restaurant expensive, food very poor, only Bulgarian spoken.
Summary - could be really nice but the food is truly awful and restaurant/bar staff are hopeless. Receptionists & cleaners great...))

Nice small hotel near to he beach with good service cooperative stuff and normal prices.
Maids are very noisy early in the morning / 07:00 am /.
No secured parking.
There are no lift and free wifi internet.

We made a reservation at the hotel for 5 nights, and on the second night we had to move to another room. When we went everything was fine - they gave us a room on the 3rd floor, quiet, calm, cozy. The next day we were moved to a room on the 1st floor (number 16 !!!) - the room is located just above the restaurant and right next to the reception and bathrooms of the hotel; the noise in this room does not stop from 6:30 in the morning until about 12-1 at night, and you can literally hear everything that happens in the hotel ... The bathroom also for some strange reason has 2 huge windows, constantly passing people around her ... We were able to move for another 3 nights on the 4th floor in a very small room (44), which certainly does not deserve the money paid for others. The worst thing is that no one apologized once for the inconvenience (we had to move 3 times for 5 nights), and we had no compensation ... Just if you make a reservation there DO NOT TAKE A ROOM ON THE 1ST FLOOR ( ask in which room you will be accommodated when making the reservation). The breakfast that is served at the breakfast is terrible, monotonous with the most disgusting coffee and the cheapest salamis and yellow cheeses, and for 5 days they did not change it once with anything different. The most horrible experience !!! And the worst thing is that no one cares whether you will be satisfied or not ... I PERSONALLY DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO SPARE TIME AND MONEY TO STAY IN THIS HOTEL !!!
