Just visited this site with friend and kids last weekend. This is a family orientated camping and caravanning site which is maintained well with good facilities. Booking was straight forward online and when we arrived pitch was allocated in one of the fields. The pitch itself was great, clearly marked out and numbered so no other tents or vehicles could... We came to the site with our two kids aged 12 and 13. Everyone who has ever been caravanning with the children will know its all about the kids. Well, this place did not disappoint. A lovely bar and restaurant with a good selection of beers and very decent food. Also, a take away service. Plenty to do for the... More

Having now visited twice, cannot wait to visit again. Lovely location, with lots of space (even when busy) Staff always friendly and helpful. Clean washing facilities. Food in the Barn is of excellent quality. My daughter loved the inside climbing wall, and I loved the table tennis! P.s No problem with sat nav and postcode....took is to the doorstep!

We spent a very enjoyable weekend. The campsite is spacious and the sizes of the pitches were large, unlike other campsites where they cram you in. Clean toilet and shower blocks. The staff who we met were lovely and very accommodating. We had a nice meal at the Barn restaurant. The only small (very small) criticism was the table tennis... More

Everything was very good, from the site staff to the site itself. Family friendly, great tent pitches, love the surrounding area and lots for the little ones to do. Showers and toilets clean and in great condition, site restaurant had a good choice and wasnt unreasonable plus the Black Sheep Ale was a huge plus for me.

We visited for our first ever caravan holiday and had the best time. The facilities are excellent, the site is beautiful, the people are friendly and helpful- we can't wait to go back. It is close to some lovely tourist attractions; Brimham Rocks and Fountains Abbey (and more) as well as great towns; Ripon and Pately Bridge.

We thought it would be nice to air our tent after the winter and thought we'd like to try a new site as well. My good lady found this site and we booked up - this was only a short break but we arrived on the Saturday lunch time, helpful staff directed us to our pitch and away we went... More
