Friendly staff at reception but when asked if breakfast was offered I was informed 'I can do it if you really want it but there are plenty of cafes in town' - I didn't push the point. Room was clean and tidy but the bed was very hard and not particularly comfortable. Have stayed in better motels in other small...

Thanks for your review. I didn't go into detail about the breakfasts as it is really based on a business decision. Meeniyan has excellent facilities for breakfast including bakery, milk bar, Moo's Restaurant, Take-aways and Meeniyan Produce Store all within a short stroll of the Motel. These facilities are one of the main reasons that Meeniyan recently won the Tourism...

Had a really great family stay over three nights for five of us in Meeniyan. Vivienne (the manager) was very helpful and courteous at all times. Shags the dog was also very friendly. Stayed in the family room which accommodates up to seven people. The accommodation was good value for money. Meeniyan is a beautiful little town with many facilities...

Thanks for your positive review. We are glad that you enjoyed your stay and hope you will visit us again in the future, perhaps to explore more of the trail or more attractions in the area. My wife and I stayed here while attending MotoGP at Phillip Island, which is only an hour away. The hotel is very clean and comfortable. There is a great pub next door, which serves excellent meals. Well recommended.

We had a good stay at the motel. Vivianne offered us a free room upgrade because we have a 2 year old son. The room and bathroom was clean and welcoming. We had to walk 2 metres from where we park the car and get into our room. The motel is positioned in good location, having hotel, close by restaurant,...

My partner and I recently stayed here and thought it was great. The room had just been renovated and presented very well, it was well equipped with everything we needed. We even hired a tandem bike which was heaps of fun and made the most of the rail trail. Great location easy to find and right next to the pub...

Three of us stayed in one room with a queen and single. We had an older room with dated amenities but the room was very clean. There's no pretences about this place - it gets the job done comfortably.

Thanks for your review. We do have one dated Queen & Single room which we only give out as our last choice. This room is now in the process of renovation.

Friendly service, but the rooms need a good airing. Windows are sealed closed, no opening windows in bathroom. Whilst room was generally clean it smelt rather unpleasant, due to lack of air movement. Would not be keen to stay again.

Unfortunately we purchased the motel in July 2015 and three rooms had sealed windows. We have made many improvements since purchasing the motel and intend to continue with upgrades. We are currently seeking advice on getting the windows unsealed. We do however, have split system climate control for guest comfort. We have other rooms available with opening windows. Many motels/hotels...

We stayed here one night when no accommodation was available in Inverloch. The room was reasonably spacious, the bed comfortable, the bathroom huge but several things contributed to the motel receiving a 'very average' score. I had emailed advising we would be arriving very late but got no reply. So I rang that evening to advise we would arrive around...
