We enjoyed our sleep time and we had the most restful and refreshing sleep due to the most amazing, luxurious and comfortable mattress and pillow. We also enjoyed our bath time because of the recently renovated bathroom with 24 hours a day high pressure water. Afroditi Pansion provides to all quests a spacious, neat and pleasing yard to calm and relax and a cozy private balcony. The staff is professional, friendly, gracious and knowledgeable. Everyone is very thoughtful and caring to insure that you are enjoying your stay. We really appreciated the high quality of service and attention to details. The location of the accommodation is excellent as it is located about 200m from Agios Nikitas beach and it is close to the best coast of Lefkada (Agios Nikitas, Milos beach, Kathisma and Porto Katsiki). The owners are very friendly and polite and always willing to help with everything we needed. Afroditi Pansion is a centrally located accommodation in close proximity to the pedestrian promenade of Agios Nikitas. This promenade runs through the village all the way to the beach. The rooms are spacious and bright, with balconies that offer in some cases on the first floor views over the rooftops of Agios Nikitas to the sea. In the other direction there is a magnificent view to the lush green hills above the village. All rooms are equipped with a refrigerator, a coffee machine and tableware, allowing guests to prepare their own breakfast if needed. The idyllic courtyard is adorned with blooming plants and offers numerous seating areas for relaxation. The owners are extremely accommodating, friendly and easy-going. Although there is no reception in the traditional sense, someone from the accommodation is usually available in the courtyard during the day. Afroditi Pansion has a small private parking area nearby, which is an additional advantage for guests with cars, especially during the peak season when parking on the main street of the village can be challenging. I have already spent several vacations in Agios Nikitas, always staying at Afroditi Pansion, and I can highly recommend this accommodation. I would gladly return!…

A very good place compared to how much you pay. The staff was very helpful with everything you could need and very friendly! Just had a week at these lovely apartments. Everything was very clean and all you need for a holiday in Greece. The owners are so helpful and very lovely as was the cleaner too. They are in a great location and felt like being in Greece as we loved it when we first went over 30 years ago. Will definitely stay there again.

The pansion is very close to everything. In front (2 min walking distance) there is a market. The beach is at 10 min walking distance, and on the way to the beach you will will find a large variety of taverns. There are 2 very beautiful beaches very close to Nikitas: Milos and Kathisma beach. The only thing to take into consideration, is that kitchen is very small, not good for cooking, but enough for preparing a coffee and a sandwich.

After several weeks of searching the best location in Agios Nikitas, we booked a room in Afroditi pansion. I strongly recommend this location for couples because: the rooms are nice and clean, with balcony and very nice garden. Olive trees with tables and discrete lights are spread all over the garden. Milos beach (up to 15 minutes with boat included) and Kathisma beach (less then 10 minutes with car or bus) are nearby. The property is located right before the entrance of the village center with all tavernas and markets. Across the street you'll find fresh coffe, different types of pies, a big market and the buss station. Enjoy your vacation in Akios Nikitas!

I really loved staying at Afroditi Pansion. It has an amazing garden, with beautiful trees and flowers. Also, one of the best beaches in Lefkada is located a few steps away. If you rent a car, you can easily get to the most beautiful beaches in Lefkada, with amazing turquoise waters, all located on the west coast of the island, not far from. Afroditi Pansion.The hosts are very kind, positive and friendly. The room was clean and it had everything necessary for a 2 weeks holiday: air conditioning, electric cooking machine, hair dryer, plates, forks, even a kettle for those who like preparing their own greek coffee. Our balcony was oriented towards the garden and it had a lovely view of the hills. Other balconies were oriented towards the sea.

Amazing location,very clean and comfortable accomodation,nespresso machine and capsules are a lovely touch.Panos is a great host! Location of the property is the best feature of all-very close to stores,pharmacy and located in a picturesque street full of amazing tavernas and leading to the beqch-200 metres. We enjoyed our stay!

I visited Lefkada for the first time and, while being a solo female traveller, safety was my priority, that includes the accomodation/pansion. The owners (Mr Panos and Mr Padelis) couldn't be more helpful! I felt cared for and looked after. It happened that I took all charges but the main one for my phone, and the owners kindly were leaving one for me daily! It was easy to reach out/see them in person if any question. Advices were happily given: what to see, restaurant options, travelling directions, you name it! Clean and safe rooms, A/C, fridge. Big bonus to have individual beach blankets and umbrellas available to use daily. Very close proximity to the gorgeous beaches and all restaurants (3mins if so). Relaxing atmosphere overall, genuine family looking after the property and most importantly its guests! If I am coming back to the island, I would definitely stay at the Afroditi Pansion, and will cerrainly recommend it to my friends. Efharisto to the Verikios family!…
