Always friendly and professional staff. Clean sheets I can feel right at home in and that's saying something when I'm a germaphobe. The hotel and the rooms deserve a 5 star rating in my opinion. I've never been disappointed here!

I had been traveling across 6 states by the time I got to Washington. I was tired and didn't want to spend an arm and a leg on a hotel. I took a chance here and was totally surprised by the great stay! I only saw the lobby and my room, but both were impressive. The room was gargantuan and the shower water pressure was perfect, which felt like a gift after being cooped up in my car for so long. I look forward to future stays when I can explore the facility and amenities a bit more. I highly recommend the Mirabeau when traveling through the Spokane Valley area!

Great hotel, great location. Close to everything. Has a nice outdoor pool, which is why we selected this hotel. Their restaurant MAX was really good. Room was very clean. Would recommend a Courtyard room that has its own little patio overlooking a lovely grassy area

Repeat traveler to this hotel. We stayed here 5 years ago when they were undergoing major renovations outside. We got an excellent Hero’s rate @ $99 for military, fire and first responders. The hotel is laid out rather unusually which made finding the dining room rather challenging. The room itself was excellent, clean and quiet after a long day’s drive. It’s is just a few minutes off I-90 in the Spokane Valley and was right off the freeway. Highly recommend staying here especially if you are traveling.

I would probably never stay there again. The staff clearly never learned about service with smile. The woman in the breakfast room was especially unpleasant. It is a multi story building and the elevator has been out of service since April. Quite a few in our group were older women with large suitcases. The guy at the front desk seemed indifferent to the fact that they were given rooms up or down one flight of stairs. He actually said "Stairs are a problem?" At least 4 of women DEMANDED rooms with no stairs. However to get to those rooms , luggage had to be hauled through the dining room. Sure it was as uncomfortable for the folks dining as it was for us. And the hotel was like a maze. Worried that I'd never find my way out if there were a fire. As for breakfast, the hot food serving trays were above my head. Had to get on tippy toes to see what was in them. The dining area was almost empty, so a few tables could have been pushed together and the food placed on the tables.…

Thank you for your feedback. We have 235 executive rooms between four connected buildings. Three buildings have two floors, and one has three. The elevator is out of order awaiting a part that is required for safety regulations. Guest Safety is paramount to our service standards. Great place to stay ! Hotel was exceptionally clean and staff were very welcoming! Amazing food! Sweet potato fries with specialty wasabi aioli was delicious .Enjoyed Caprese Salad with refreshing mojitos outside on patio. Highly Recommend !

Room was decent, restaurant, expensive, but tasty, the bill at checkout, said one price, bank card was ran for a different price, they claim taxes, but taxes are shown on the bill. Probably won’t be staying there ever again and yet one of the three rooms I booked was charged even less.

I was on a business trip to this hotel. They are extremely accommodating. Any time we asked for something, they were happy to oblige. Their restaurant has excellent food as well. It was a great stay!!

We use Mirabeau Park Hotel for our quarterly meetings and our annual all-staff. The customer service we receive each time is OFF THE CHARTS! From the event planning team, wait staff, and front desk - everyone is amazing. The facility is consistently prepared, clean, functional, and attractive. I cannot say enough about the food - each meal has exceeded expectations. Thank you!
