I was in Spokane Valley for business and looking for someplace new to stay. I have stayed in a few hotels in the area, and I found this hotel on my BonVoy iPhone app. It just happened so that on this visit the rates were really good compared to similar hotels in the area. I was staying three nights and wanted to be in a really good hotel. While looking at the photos and reviews I decided to take a chance on this hotel and booked it. The location itself was perfect as it was close to my customer and highways and close many shops and restaurants, which I thought was just what I needed.

Everything from the moment I checked in to the moment I left was an amazing experience. Everything in this hotel was beyond expectations. The check-in, the lobby the common areas inside and outside were fantastic. The grounds were meticulous, the fitness center was by far the best I've seen in the area. My room was impressive, it had everything a business traveller needs. The room was very well laid out, simple but modern, with space to move around, a very comfortable bed, a nice little kitchenette, immaculate bathrooms, a great workspace and the room was filled with USB and power outlets galore. I really liked the Smart TV and how easy it was to use. I was able to log in quickly to my Streaming services and when I was about to check out, there was a clear and easy use icon to clear history. The wifi signal was strong and steady, I don't think I dropped out once the whole time I was there, ad the hotel was busy.

The fitness center was impressive, all the equipment was newer and it had just the right amount of cardio machines, and cable station with all the attachments intact, plenty of free weights and accessories for a good workout. I had just a little difficulty finding it as it was located on the lower level of the hotel.

Breakfast was well worth the visit, carefully and easily load out food stations with an abundance of selections. all the items I had were fresh and great quality, the coffee was strong and the hot items were fresh and topped up when needed. There was so much to choose from and they changed the food daily to keep it interesting.

This was a great stay at a great Marriot property. I wish I had discovered it sooner. If the rates are as good as this trip, I will stay here again.

We opted to stay in Spokane Valley as the hotel rates were less expensive than in Spokane, only a few miles to the west. We were not disappointed with our accommodations. Upon entering our room, music was playing from the TV (nice touch) and the window shade had a beautiful artistic design on it. There was a spot reading light next to the bed so I didn't have to strain to read! The towels were a little on the thin side and the refrigerator could've been quieter, but all in all, a very pleasant night. At the time, October 2020, they were even serving a full-on breakfast, which we hadn't seen yet on our vacation. Almost felt like normal.

In early April 2021, I stayed at this motel. I was impressed by the attitude of the staff (all personnel and manager.) My room was immaculate and very quiet; the breakfast the next morning was excellent and had items I have not usually seen included by breakfast bars of other motels. I was also impressed because the manager was helping to arrange and restock items in the breakfast bar.
The only drawback for me was the lack of a charging station for my electric vehicle, however I understand this service is being considered for addition.
I highly recommend this facility and will stay there whenever I am in the Spokane area.

I had booked a king room, but when we arrived we had been upgraded to an Executive Queen Suite, which was very nice.
The living room had a couch (which was stained and worn), coffee table, chair, desk with plenty of room for two people to work side by side, TV, lots of storage, a mini sink , coffee maker, fridge with freezer compartment and microwave.
We had a balcony off the living room with two chairs, which was very nice.
The bathroom sink is in hallway and was huge. Toilet and bathtub (faucet was dripping heavily) were separate.
The bedroom had two queen beds, two luggage racks and a lot of drawer space.
The A/C was good, but a bit loud.
A good amount of outlets were everywhere.
The doors are extremely heavy and it is impossible to close them quietly (which is one of my pet peeves).
The floors needed to vacuumed/wet mopped.
Breakfast day 1: Bagels, no toast at all and no toaster; hot oatmeal with lots of toppings, Belgian waffles, scramble eggs, sausage links, potatoes, very hot water for tea and yoghurt.
Breakfast day 2: A toaster and toast showed up :)
Location is quiet, safe, parking is good and Clarissa at the front desk was wonderful!
Yes, we would stay again.

This is a fabulous place to lay your head for a few days! For the VERY first time, I was actually able to use a working “room key is via your phone” system. It worked like a CHARM.

Rooms are spacious and comfortable. There is a loveseat and coffee table in the two queen room, with dark blackout curtains and a very comfy bed. The (55”?) TV can be angled about 6 inches either toward the two beds or the “living room” area, which is a nice touch. Charger blocks with two plugs and two USB ports each are located one on the nightstand and another on the small work desk near the window. The desk even includes a small pull out drawer. Plenty of pillows and extras are in the room, too. There is a low counter designed to hold your suitcase, and a small bench too.

The tiny kitchen includes a microwave, a 39” tall mini fridge, and a sink. The coffee maker uses the little disc shaped pods (not Keurig) but just fyi, normal single serve brew bags work just fine, too. The incredible, friendly staff will give you all the extra pods you ask for.

The bathroom has good but not great water pressure. Plenty of room on the counter and light on the mirror! The hair dryer is small but powerful. There are individual controls for all three: ceiling light, exhaust fan and mirror lights. This is very convenient and the fan is powerful!

The little store has a few selections of snacks and toiletries, along with Pepsi products, beer, and bottles of red and white wine. The desk will cork it for you, and even go grab you a couple of wine glasses too!

Fell a little in love with Spokane this trip, and I will definitely return to this awesome hotel, hopefully sooner than later!

I have stayed in many Marriott properties. This is the first that did not meet my expectations.
The hotel is a conversion and remodel of a very old hotel. As such, certain features are tired or missing.
There is the absence of electrical outlets and the few that are in the wall are so old the plugs fall out.
There are plugs on the desk but my CPap cord can’t reach that far.
Each ground floor room has an interior and an exterior door.
I used my Bonvoy app to check in and to secure an electronic key. The key was provided but not the room number. I still had to visit the desk to check in.
There was no acknowledgement of my Platinum status and no welcome gift. If points were awarded, they were not mentioned. No mention was made on how to order a box breakfast as the buffet is shut down due to the virus.
The room was clean and the front desk personnel very courteous.
Next trip I will stay in the Residence Inn or Courtyard.

As a point of reference, I am a Titanium member with over 75 nights credit during COVID. My Marriott profile shows my preference as a high floor. I used mobile check in and arrived on schedule shortly after 2:00 PM.

Very friendly guy on the front desk. I asked if it would be possible to utilize my Titanium status for an upgrade. He happily advised that he had given away all of the upgrades. No worries, perfectly understandable. He gave me my room keys and said I needed to go down one floor. This was a little puzzling given my high floor preference. Anyway, off I went.

My room was actually in the basement and was extremely dark. There was a window about 5 feet off the floor, next to the bed. I opened the curtain to find the window was actually at ground level and my view was of an air conditioner. I returned to the front desk to see if I could get another room. The friendly guy at the front desk informed me that every room looks at an air conditioner (?) and he gave me a new room on the 3rd floor. Off I went, again. Much to my chagrin, this room was right next to the interstate highway and had the noise of the traffic. I decided to make do and leave well enough alone.

There seemed to be many excellent rooms facing into a courtyard (not the interstate) and those on the ground floor had nice, walkout patios. I wasn’t so lucky!! So much for having Titanium status with Marriott.

They did serve a decent, hot breakfast.

The room we had was a great. It was a studio. When you walk in there is a place to hang clothes. It is not actually a closet as it doesn’t have a door. Then there is a cabinet with a microwave, a small since and a small fridge. The bathroom is in two parts. The toilet and shower behind a door and outside of the door is a large vanity with a sink. Then there is a king sized bed with end tables and lights on both sides. But only one side has any plugs. There is a TV on the wall with amazon prime, Netflix and you tube. Of course, you have to have accounts. Under the TV is three large drawers. It also has an electric fire place, a stool, a couch, a coffee table, a floor lamp and an end table. The room is fantastic. The only thing that was plugs on only one side of the bed, if you have a C-Pap or something that needs to be plugged in, this is something to keep in mind.
The pool was indoor and there was a hot tub. It had towels. There was also a gym.

Of the Marriott family of hotels in the Spokane area, this is more affordable than others. The breakfast buffet is what makes this hotel stand out and above others. There’s lots of condiments for the oatmeal including cherries, blueberries, nuts, and granola. There’s French toast as well as the typical breakfast items of breads, eggs and cereals.

The hotel is among a multitude of other chain stores in a nondescript area. The rooms are average except we had a suite with a separate bedroom. Staff are friendly and professional.

A queen room is just the two queen beds and the computer desk with a TV , a queen suite usually has a bedroom side with a TV and a living room side with a couch, sometimes an easy chair, and it has another TV and the computer desk is in the living room side.
