Top notch hotel in all categories. in the middle of Botoșani. city center, bful hotel, food ,restaurant, terrasse, parking, one of the bful streets we were in fantastic stay. we have been several visits to Botoșani area and we always will be back ,time and again to this sweet GEM .

I have spent two nights in this hotel. We were accomodated on the 4th floor where the SPA is located. The room we got, a twin room, was very well equipped (minibar, TV, air conditioning, comfortable matresses, nice elegant furniture, floor to ceiling windows). The room was clean, so were the towels. The beds seemed a bit small (narrow) as compared to other twin beds I have experienced.
The shower gel and shampoo was neither classy nor that good so if going there, bring some of your own.
The breakfast is not buffet style but you have a variety of menus to choose from.
The location of the hotel is central and in walking distance of the main walking street.
As we arrived there during the weekend, there were two weddings which were quite loud and we were on the 4th floor. I can't imagine how the experience felt for lower levels, especially in the morning when the staff was dragging the chairs and tables making quite the noise.
Another funny thing was the fact that I went to the reception to ask something around 23:30 and there was no one there and the lights were turned off...I don't know if this was normal as there was no schedule presented there...so, if you want informations from the reception staff, do it before 23:00.
However, other than the parties, which cannot be controlled, it is a beautiful hotel and I would probably choose to go there again.

Located down town, the hotel and the restaurant are probably the best place for accommodation and dinning. The hotel rooms are big enough, quiet and providing the necessary comfort. Good bathroom with shower and hair dryer. There is a spa available, but I was unable to visit it due to the busy schedule. The only thing which annoyed me was the insufficient parking lot. The breakfast is relatively limited in options. The restaurant has created a positive feeling, based on the standard food and services.

There was 12 of us that went to this hotel, the rooms were amazing and very clean , I stayed in room 303 and shower did flood every time I used it. The restaurant is very clean and our first meal in there was amazing , then I night we met some friends for dinner at the hotel so 15 of us and the food was awful, we waited 1 hour and half ,most of meals was cold . The staff in the restaurant was rude and not very helpful at all. The hotel does not offer airport bus so this is false information also no spa . I wouldn't stay here again ,felt very uncomfortable

Great hotel (should be a 5 star in France). The only negative point is the lack of service provided by the hotel’s team. They seem more important than the guests and we had the feeling that we disturbed them ! Having said that the product is very good as well as the breakfast and dinner which were delicious

Very friendly staff, who speak English. They were always willing to help us out. Gave us their phone number just in case we needed them to translate for us while we walked around Botosani.
Rooms are clean, beds are comfortable and breakfast was delicious.
The hotel is in a great location, in the heart of Botosani.
They will arrange a driver to pick you up from the airport in suceava, so that made our travels a lot more comfortable and easier! Thanks for a great time at Hotel Belvedere. :)

This is a nice hotel located near city center. It's very nice restaurated. Rooms are clean and staff is friendly. Bathroom has a very bad smell (2nd floor) persistent even with ventulator an windows open. Restaurant is nice but breakfast is poor (food it's good but you do not have many options-only food was apples, only water was sparkling water). Cheap location. It's a good option fir a city like Botosani

Me and my family (husband and 2 5yr old kids) spent 3 nights here in May 2014 in an apartment. Although it looked very fancy from outside, being an ancient nice looking building, interiors don't live up to the expectations. Furniture in the apartment was obsolete and there was a very unpleasant cigarette smell; not very clean. Very bad smell in the bathrooms too. Wi-fi internet is working only in the lobby area. Staff was not very friendly - I didn't get any smile or "hello" during my stay. Breakfast is served at the hotel restaurant. Service is not very fast and waiters not very friendly. One day I asked for napkins and the waiter answered innocently that they are out of napkins ... she didn't look to be sorry about this. I would'nnt go there again or recommend the place to others.

Very good location. The hotel is situated right in the centre of the city. Tje room was clean and confortable: extra large bed. Medium breakfast: not so many options. Rude staff in the restaurant: big disappoiment.
