I booked this hotel due to having an early flight and there aren't many options close to the Queretaro hotel. The hotel had trouble confirming that my booking was prepaid, but were able to figure it out after about 10 minutes. The TV did not work and calls to reception were not answered. The hotel room itself is very basic, but good enough for a one night stay. Dining options closeby were minimal other than a short walk to Tim Hortons and a gas station. The restaurant at the hotel was closed. Other than being close to the airport, the location was on the side of a busy highway. I would probably seek other options next time.

This is the only hotel I could find near Querétaro’s airport, it is very dangerous area, the hotel does not have anything else, but the very indispensable. You will not find comfort just minimal items to sleep and leave very early to the airport, try to make arrangements with a safe taxi to pick you up. Nothing else to add.

Overall average hotel for the price. It was like a basic Motel 6. The staff was super friendly and accommodating, and the location nearer to the airport was nice. The breakfast was great with fresh fruits and juices. Wifi wasn't that great, and the carpets in the hallway could use a good cleaning.

I stayed here for work.
This is the closest hotel to the airport. However, there is no shuttle service. You need to rent a car. The hotel looks nice from the outside. However, as you approach, you will find yourself surrounded by warehouses. It is surrounded by a fence. It is a bit dangerous. There are no shops nearby, so stock up at OXXO. There is a restaurant next door, so try it.
The room is clean. Luckily, there are small and large towels. There was only a large one.
I am in 201, away from the road, so the noise is relatively low. However, the truck engine noise is constant.
There is no refrigerator, range, coffee maker, or tissue paper in the room. However, there is ice cream and a coffee server (often empty) in the lobby. If you open the door next to the elevator, there is a water server and an iron. This is great for business trips. You want to look sharp in your dress shirt.
You get on the elevator with your key card. The elevator will not move unless you scan the card. Security is OK. However, no matter how you look at it, the label on my card does not respond to "102" for the 1st floor. I turned it upside down and it was "201". Check the top and bottom of the card.
You can't hear footsteps from upstairs, so the building is well-constructed.
It takes nearly an hour by car to get to downtown Queretaro, so naturally the best hotels are downtown, but considering the terrible traffic and airport access, this hotel is a good choice.

I would rather sleep in the airport!
This chain is over priced! Had to ask for Hangars, pillows and no coffee/tea in room. Found 2 outlets.
4 pillows =1 half assed. Noisy road noise all night long. Expensive taxi ride at 0200 in the morning.
Large 18" tv. For 70 usd there are better and nicer hotels. No bugs yet and bed is not bad.

The hotel itself is new, and very clean. Buffet style breakfast was good as well.
The hotel is in a new build shopping plaza, but no other business are in there at this time. There is a restaurant next to the hotel, but it was closed for maintenance during my stay. Across the highway is another restaurant that is decent, just a short walk over a pedestrian bridge.
Staff is friendly and english is spoken. The rooms are on the small side if you are used to American brand hotels, but still comfortable. No in room fridge or microwaves however. No pool, spa or gym. It's a basic hotel- no frills.

The hotel faces a major highway, so road noise may be intrusive at times. My room was closer to the rear so it wasn't too objectionable.

The only bad spot is the road to the hotel. Very poor condition with huge potholes, and during my stay it was flooded so you could not see them. I had to drive on the sidewalk to get into the hotel. None of this is the hotel's fault, but people should be aware.

Overall, I would stay here again, and will probably try other hotels in the One chain based on my experience

If you are passing by Queretaro, this its a good hotel for your stay. Arrive at 12:00 am, and the check in was quick and nice. Our room remind us of the european budget hotels (a little larger than those). It had all the basics.
The hotel its aprox. 30 min away from city, not so good it you want to explore the city.
The breakfast its actually really good! We taught it was going to be a continental breakfast, but instead of that, it had eggs, chilaquiles with different sauces and topping, fruits, cereal, pastries and juice/coffee/tea. We were really surprised by how good it was.
I noticed that the crowd in the hotel were mostly young people.

Very clean with friendly staff but basic. Can't fault rooms as they have all the facilities and kept clean and tidy but the hotel is way out of town with limited facilities around. Good restaurant next door but they could do a bit better. Hotel staff very friendly and helpful. Fine for a few nights but wouldn't want to stay more than a week. Breakfast fine for budget hotel but it gets busy and food isn't topped up as quick as they could. Dirty dishes do pile up a bit. Bit more attention required

This a nice, clean and well presented hotel. Staff is polite and free buffett in the morning is great if you dont have immediate transportation. Any free breakfast is good in my opinion. The room was very clean and had everything you need to refresh and recharge yourself. I will use this hotel everytime I come to Queretaro from now on.

Dear, Miss Berrie, Dogs do not have any additional cost , but the only kind of dog that we accept it is guide dog, and is important that he has a certificate as such, to avoid problems.
