The great vacation. On the special occasion of my family, the hotel has free room upgrade, from classic to penhouse. The food, the drink....everything are so good. Especially the welcome cakes and the free birthday cake for my daughter. The staffs are so friendly and enthusiastic. The room is so wonderful, very clean and comfortable.

Definitely feel spoilt! Stayed at club level room with ocean view. The resort has its uniqueness in its design and architecture. The room is spacious and decorated with local aesthetics. I love how the shower can be opened to make it feel like semi outdoor shower looking into the ocean. The balcony was perfect to be used to lounge around after a whole day of sun bathing on the beach. The club lounge is perfect for breakfast, afternoon tea and the cocktail hour. Staff were friendly and helpful and I feel like the service was better in the lounge to have the breakfast there instead of Citroen restaurant. I would recommend to try out their spa. Not only the spa area/ building is beautifully designed, the service was excellent. There are plenty to choose from to suits your need. I get the whole hut to myself during the treatment. The beach has its separate area for club level guest which was a plus. They came around from time to time with some refreshments. They have theme nights organised and I love the bbq on the beach the most. great value for money and great atmosphere. However some other night seems a bit overpriced for what was being offered. I would have loved to return to this resort if not because of COVID-19 this year. However room for improvement are: 1) check-in could have been smoother. I have stayed at some hotel where they know when to expect the guest arrival and bring them to the room or check in in the room right away. Here I had told them i have booked club level room hence should go to the club level check in reception but I had to repeat several times to several people before someone at the main check in checked the computer while us standing in the heat with luggages. No welcome drinks yet while they went through MI5 check. 2) More variety of cuisine and restaurants choices would be good because you might get bored after a week there with same same settings and dishes.

There is no doubt this is one of my 2 best places on earth to be on relaxation vacations: Maldives and Intercontinental Danang. You need to be there to feel being in the middle of jungle but with the best comfort, lux, beauty, 6 star services, the best marriage of fine architecture, interior design and the best nature can give: beautiful clear water in the green jungle, mountain, bay cove setting. If you can afford it, please indulge yourself and your loved ones here, no hesitation:). And right now with the pandemic, the price is most affordable than ever. I’ll come back for the 5th time soon :). Hokkaido scallop risotto in Barefoot restaurant and the world class La Maison 1888’s Wagyu beef creation are must try. My parents above 70 years old with walking difficulties have had a wonderful stay, to say staying by the cliff, hilly resort isn’t a problem when you are at this resort. Bring a lot of beautiful clothing and swimsuits for Instagram moments please :). Special thanks to Mr. Tiến Hải, Ms. Ái Trần (Customer Services), Ms. Huệ (Citron) and every one of the staffs from La Maison 1888, the Barefoot, the Citron, pools, to Long Bar, to reception, to the cable car or electric car staffs, each of you are amazing and so accommodative and lovely. You all have made me searching already for the best deal for next stay :). Oh, and the sumptuous breakfasts have done badly to all our body shapes :)). And the monkeys are so adorable as long as you don’t feed them, they just stay around you like we all belong in one place💗.

My family and I are seasoned international travelers who have high expectations and can tell the great from the good.  And "great" is only one of the many positive words to describe the service provided by the staff during our stay. Anyone with money can build a great hotel but not many hotels can train their staff to excel in what they do everyday.  The staff here have ownership in what they do, from serving a cup of coffee to putting a fresh towel on a poolside chair to handling young children on the premises.  Their service attitude and passion show in their voice and forward-leaning care for guests.  It is more than just a job to them. Also, the food is truly superior, from a local Mì Quảng bowl to a national favorite dish of Bánh Cuốn, to a difficult European style bowl of creamy soup.  Not many hotels can deliver such an even-handed high level of culinary quality. And most significantly, this resort has maintained this standard of excellence in the face of the ravaging COVID 19 pandemic.  I wish this review can be shared with our heartfelt appreciation to the staff, the top management and even the hotel owners. My children will not forget the kind and friendly guidance of Mr. Hưng, Mr. Đông and Mr. Hà, who showed them how to have fun with sand, water and wind. Our departure is just another way of saying "see you again soon" for this place.
