Surf Camp Australia is by far one of the best experiences I've had during my stay in Australia. The surf instructors taught us all the basics we need to know in order to surf (how to properly paddle, how to stand up, how to lay down on your board...) . All the staff members are really helpful, make sure you enjoy your stay at the camp and love to have a chat with you. The kitchen staff made sure there were food options for everyone (vegetarian, vegan, lactose intolerant ...) and the food was always on time and tasted really good. Moreover, the staff members also arranged activities in the evening, one of them was a silent disco at the beach which was so much fun. After my 5 Day Experience, I can proudly say I've surfed a green wave and had the best time of my life. Thank you Surf Camp!

Matty is a legend along with the whole surf instructor and support staff squad. As advertised and more. For a pretty large guy was standing up and even turning the board before the end of 5 days. Sets you up well to go off and surf on your own with tons of advice and experience.

Surf Camp Australia will forever be one of my happiness and most exciting memories. Having no surf experience before, I was apprehensive going into the sport, feeling that I’d be totally rubbish!! However, the expertise and all round wonderful attitude that the surf instructors had, soon made me forget any of my worries. All the instructors and people who worked there were utterly brilliant; full of energy and great to be around. I don’t think I stopped laughing the whole weekend and was made to feel part of a team (a family, even) as soon as I walked in. Food was great, company was awesome, lessons were better than expected and I honestly can’t rate the team enough. Thanks, everyone :)

I've been a customer myself at this Surfcamp and it was one of my best weeks in Australia. Since they were looking for new volunteer workers for the kitchen and I didn't have any plans at all I took my chance and started working there. The Crew: These guys are legends. The kitchen staff working together with me were always friendly and I had a good time working with them. The instructors were always super funny and did a great job from what I have seen. They were always costumer friendly and had a lot of fun doing their jobs which basically reflected on the costumers as well. My boss José was just an amazing person always super organized and friendly with everybody. Spotless cleanliness was one of the most important things for him and he always watched out for that. If we did mistakes he was always really direct to us and didn't hold back so we could learn from it, which I appreciated a lot. Our new managers Matty and Doug are legends as well. Same as José they were always super organized and did a great job. Any of the speeches the Instructors or managers did when new customers came were amazing. Always joking a bit but never becoming dubious. When there were problems for customers or us they were always doing a great job solving them or generally helping. As far as I could tell from talking to a lot of customers they were really enjoying their time. So did I working over there and I'll make sure to do so again next year. If you wanna have a great time learning surfing and meeting new people as well as getting to know some information about surfing and Australia in general, Surfcamp Australia is just the perfect place to visit. Cheers legends 🤙
