The room was in disrepair. The room and sheets were dirty with spider webs hanging from the ceiling, the walls and even the bedside lamps. The cutlery drawer was full of cockroach poo and the old moldy smell was worse than a morgue. No charm, just old and dirty - pass this one by. The owners did not seem to... More

We were unsure about booking this accommodation due to some of the previous reviews, but decided to just do it! Turned out OK - we stayed three nights, and I have definitely stayed in much worse accommodation in the past. Old Kent Road is the cheapest property on the monopoly board, so don't go there expecting the Hilton or the... More

We needed a place to stay between Central Coast and Gold Coast for a quick trip, and Ulmarra was perfect. We booked at Old Kent Apartments, which were extremely reasonably priced. The apartments are themed on Monopoly cards, and the decor is a little gaudy, old style, and could definitely do with a facelift. However, we had a brilliant time... More

Beautiful old building, staff very friendly, extremely comfortable for all aged people considering we had an 11 week old with us. Big rooms with big comfy beds, and right near the river. Highly recommend, second time being here and will definitely be making it a third.

An old hotel converted into a multitude of apartments, we had 2 bedroom with kitchen, lounge and bathroom. Lovely old style pressed metal walls and ceilings in fair condition. It is reasonably priced at $40 per person so price suited the accomodation , was clean and had all necessary requirements, just don't be fooled by the apartment names expecting 5... More

This is such a quaint country town situated on the Clarence river and the accommodation was beautiful. The rooms were simple and clean, typical country style. Great for the kids as we were right across from the river for them to fish and swim. Highly recommend

I stopped in at Old Kent Road during a long drive up the coast and found it to be warm and accommodating with all the home comforts I needed. Owners were really helpful, i'll make this a regular stop the next time I travel down the pacific highway.

Stayed here one night passing through this little country town on a recent visit back home. Affordable and comfortable with great staff and great service across the board. No hesitation in recommending it.
