Beautiful secluded location away from the busy city.
Very well thought of venue.
Well groomed staff at the reception and the main restaurant.
You could see being part of the international branding, decent amount of money is invested . A little expensive but the luxury is there!
One of the cleanest pools I have ever been to. Clean rooms,
Only surprise was the timing of the f and b outlets and Room service menu all cut off by 10 pm for such a luxurious venue.
We were not lucky enough to try the venue Casino as it was all closed after the covid impact.
Staff were very helpful and mailed by credit card to Pokhara as I left it at the hotel. Special thanks to Antima for all her help. We will be back and recommend this venue to everyone who wants luxury.

I booked a honeymoon package for my nephew from 17th to 19th May. It was a surprise and gift for him from my side as I could not attend the wedding ceremony. As I have seen the pictures and videos which he forwarded to me. Room decor and towel art were very basic, however, my nephew liked it. Food, service and other facilities were good.
Firstly, I live in the UK, so pounds instead of dollars should be a payment option. I had to pay in dollars, as suggested on reservation. It was debit card payment so it should have reflected the amount within 24 hours but it took around 3 days to reflect in their account, for that I had to contact Himalayan bank via email to get confirmation.
The first breakfast was missed because no one told him the time of breakfast and what was included on th package. The second day package was on AP plan but the service staff told them that they are on MAP plan, I had to contact the reservation person again to sort it. Bishal Subedi was very polite, really nice sales man and very co-operative person who took this booking. He was the only point of contact for me at that time. Overall, comfortable stay but could be better as I didn't see any wow factor.

Have stayed at many of these luxury resorts in Nepal over the past few years and I can quite honestly say that this one is right up there with the best. It is a very well established and maintained property with very good services ans facilities.
All the staff are wonderful and attentive (special thanks to Sushmita at the front of house who welcomed us wonderfully and help us through our stay will all sorts of wonderful service, not forgetting Sandeep who assisted with out booking with email correspondence and even more so upon check out) All such a wonderful and helpful team.
The food abs drinks are perfectly made fresh and delicious
We most definitely will be back for a longer staycation to relax by the pool

Restrooms in the lobby area and restaurant are never clean. Housekeeping needs to pay more attention to the hygiene standards of the hotel. Additionally, I have stayed here twice and found that the beds are incredibly uncomfortable. The food and restaurant staff are good. However the hygiene standards in the restrooms and quality of mattresses do not live up to the standard of five star hospitality.

Amazing service, well-appointed, with excellent facilities. The staff were of an international standard in professionalism, the bar and restaurants were fantastic, and the rooms were unlike anything I’ve ever stayed in Lumbini previously. The pool and massage services are wonderful as well.

My experience at Tiger Palace Resort was extremely disappointing. The resort failed to meet even basic standards of hospitality and service.
The staff were unresponsive and often rude, making every interaction frustrating. The rooms were poorly maintained, with dirty linens and malfunctioning amenities. The food was subpar, lacking both flavor and variety.

From chitwan u have 2reach Butwal city about 150km far and from there 18km far south towards bhairahawa but jus before bhairahawa city you have to get inside on right side leaving main highway..this place is kool you will enjoy it
Bhutwal and chitwan is the nearest place.there is a resort of Taj in chitwan which is also good to visit.although if u love casino two days is not much in resort itself.
There are more places to choose from in the Tilottama area.
